The X Factor finalists are apparently receiving American Idol finalists' sloppy seconds.

The X Factor's Top 16 second-season finalist acts are currently staying in the same mansion American Idol's finalists had occupied during the show's most recent eleventh season, TMZ reported.

According to the website, The X Factor finalists have been given a list of "house rules" they must follow while living in the mansion -- some sillier than others.

The rules reportedly include no biting or physical altercations of any kind, no indecent exposure, no intermingling in bedrooms, using coasters with all drinks, no loud music, no guests, no drinking or drugs, no use of fireplaces, and everyone must make his or her own bed.

The finalists' pad features 10 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms and is 16,000 square feet, TMZ reported.
