The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' Season 5 trailer has been released, and the Hulu show promises "low blows" and "unforgivable" drama.

But so much has happened since then, including the cancellation of Taylor's The Bachelorette season in March amid her custody and domestic violence dispute with ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen.
Hulu was able to capture its cast members' highs and lows, and viewers will be able to feel the tension between the TikTok stars when The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives premieres its new season on Thursday, September 10.
In the Season 5 trailer, a producer asks, "What do you guys all know about this whole situation?"
The producer was seemingly referring to Taylor and Dakota's volatile romance and falling out.
Mayci Neeley says in a confessional, "There's so much stuff the public doesn't know."
Miranda Hope appears to be in distress as she vents about Taylor, "How did she get here?"
Taylor, for her part, is shown FaceTiming with Dakota and asking why he got her initials tattooed on the inside of his lip.
"It's giving obsessed," Taylor says.
"I am obsessed," Dakota admits.
Taylor and Dakota are dubbed "Romeo and Juliet in the TikTok age" during the trailer, which also shows Taylor lamenting to Jen Affleck, "We all just got pulled in different directions."
In an awkward conversation with Whitney Leavitt, Jen asks the Broadway star if she "feels bad for anything."

Whitney replies, "No, I don't."
The trailer also features Layla Taylor telling her ex, Mason McWhorter, "I'm not going to be disrespected."
As for Mikayla Matthews, she complains about "low blows" and "attacking someone's character."
"I'm definitely at my boiling point," Mikayla reveals.
Layla proceeds to note, "It's definitely unforgivable."
It appears the women's friendships are fractured, if not ruined forever.
Jessi Draper declares, "It feels like there are no friendships left in MomTok."
And Taylor concludes, "The damage is done."

Layla teased the future of the show on Hulu's "Get Real" podcast in early August.
"We're not done with Season 5, and we're filming for Season 6 right now," she shared at the time.
She added, "When we're not filming, I miss it... And so much happens too conveniently when the cameras go down. So, it's like at this point, just let's just film the whole year."
Hulu had paused production on Season 5 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives in mid-March amid Taylor's custody dispute with Dakota, the father of her youngest child, Ever True, 2.
Taylor and Dakota had accused each other of domestic violence in February, but Taylor learned in April that she won't face charges.
People reported the following month that The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives had resumed filming.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives executive producer Jeff Jenkins told Variety in late May that "everyone in the existing cast" had "strong opinions" about what unfolded between Taylor and Dakota.
In July, TMZ reported that Taylor was going to have limited involvement in The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' fifth season amid her legal troubles. (Taylor is also mom to Indy, 8, and Ocean, 6, with her ex-husband Tate Paul).
The website reported in early July that Taylor was only going to film the opening credits for the show while her co-stars were taping confessionals.
An insider even told the magazine that Taylor was going to film the intro separately from her fellow cast members.
