Teresa was officially taken off house arrest Friday, according toPeople, as she faced strict limitations on her whereabouts following her early December 23 release from prison.
"Effective this morning, Teresa is no longer subject to the parameters of home confinement. She is now free in all aspects from the custodial portion of her sentence," Giudice's attorney James Leonard told People in a statement.
"The restitution has been paid in full and what remains is a two-year period of supervised release, the terms of which we will remain in full compliance with."
The 43-year-old reality TV star spent a little less than a year behind bars after she was initially sentenced in October 2014 to 15 months in jail.
Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice were charged with 41 counts of financial fraud -- which included failure to pay taxes, hiding assets and submitting fake loan applications -- in March of that year. Joe will spend more than three years in jail beginning next month.
Once Teresa was released from Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, CT, she was only allowed to leave her house for significant reasons such as doctor appointments, career obligations and holiday outings with family. She'll now be able to come and go as she pleases without having to seek permission from her parole officer first.
"Teresa is very much looking forward to closing this dark chapter in her life and moving forward both personally and professionally," Leonard added in his statement.
Teresa and Joe are parents to daughters Gia, 15, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 10, and Audriana, 6. The couple reportedly just celebrated Milania's birthday at an indoor skydiving facility.
Teresa's tell-all memoir Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again, which will document her emotional experience behind bars, is set to be released February 9.
