The New Celebrity Apprentice star Arnold Schwarzenegger "terminated" Carrie Keagan during Monday night's premiere on NBC.

The world-famous athlete, actor and former California governor fired Carrie, a TV host and producer, after her women's "Prima" team lost the season's first task and she was deemed the least helpful team member.

"I feel pretty awful that I was the first one to go," Carrie said following her ouster. "The worst thing about this experience is not earning a penny for my charity, the Humane Society of the United States."

Filmed in California, Arnold split the 16 celebrities into two teams -- men vs women, who were then required to come up with their own team names. The men called themselves "Arete," while the women named their team "Prima."

The season's first task was to create a Tyra Beauty experience and 10-minute presentation for supermodel and entrepreneur Tyra Banks' new cosmetics line. Tyra, who had to pick the winning team, judged the contestants on presentation and overall knowledge of the Tyra brand.

Although hesitant to accept the role, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams felt pressure to step up as her team's project manager. Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Boy George also reluctantly accepted the project-manager position for the men's team.

Once in the boardroom with Tyra and Arnold's nephew Patrick Schwarzenegger serving as advisers, Arnold revealed one team's performance was "superior" to the other.

Tyra told the women's team there was an energy and buzz in the room during their presentation and she felt as if she had stepped into the world of her brand. However, they could've improved talking about formulations and special technology that sets the makeup apart from other brands. Tyra was also shocked the eight famous, beautiful faces didn't apply makeup on themselves when people want to look like them.

Tyra told the men's team their knowledge of her brand was much more impressive and they correctly focused on technology and formula. Each guy represented a different product, and Tyra realized she had a new way to sell her beauty line.

In the end, the men's team won, and Boy George received $50,000 for his charity Safe Kids Worldwide.

"You blew me away," Tyra told the guys.

It came to light that former Snooki & JWoww and Jersey Shore star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi didn't contribute very much to the task, as she was fearful of speaking up and vocalizing her ideas and suggestions. Snooki also said it wasn't in her nature to throw anyone else under the bus.

Carrie said the task's failure should ultimately weigh on Porsha's shoulders, but Porsha called it a "simple-minded way to think," especially since Carrie put very little effort into the task at first.

Porsha therefore took Carrie and Snooki back into the boardroom with her. Carrie argued she gave the task "100 percent," but Porsha accused her of not going above and beyond for her team like everyone else had.

Arnold decided Carrie participated the least in the task while Porsha deserved to stay because she took big risks.

"Carrie, you are terminated. Now get to the chopper," Arnold said.
