Joan confirmed that she and Chock remain engaged and in love -- but they're in no rush to become spouses.
And when they finally do exchange vows, Joan shared how she feels she owes Bachelor Nation a front seat, or at least access to all the couple's wedding photos.
"My relationship with the viewers is, I mean, paramount. It honestly is," Joan insisted.
"I am so grateful that people watch the show, because there are a lot of things to watch and there is a lot of reality TV. I feel really kind of responsible to that."
Joan continued: "Chock and I, they watched this whole journey, they invested in us. You see on Instagram, they are wondering, did we get married? They are watching what we are doing and I would never leave them at the door."
Joan therefore said her fans will definitely know when she and Chock become husband and wife.
"I feel like just because the show is over, the door shouldn't be shut," Joan said.
"They deserve to see how this progresses, and if it does well, you know, celebrate with us. And if it doesn't do well, understand what happened."
But Joan clarified that her relationship with Chock is definitely thriving.
"I mean, clearly it's doing well; we're better than we've ever been," Joan gushed.

In terms of what Joan envisions for her big day, she shared, "People say, 'Will you get married on TV?' It hasn't been offered to us."
"And so I am perfectly happy doing our own family wedding with our family and friends. But I would never not put some pictures up and let you know what's happening," she concluded.

Joan had selected Chock as her The Golden Bachelorette winner and they got engaged on the show's finale that aired in November 2024 on ABC.
Ever since then, fans have been wondering when Joan and Chock are going to tie the knot.
"My son is getting married this summer, so I'm focusing on that. And honestly, I just don't feel like planning a wedding right now," Joan said on the "Bachelor Happy Hour: Golden Hour" podcast earlier this year.
Joan went on to admit: "And you know what? There's also a little part of my brain that says, 'If we get married, then we have to make more of an effort to live in the same place,' and we're not ready to do that yet."

(Joan welcomed four kids with her late husband John Vassos, who passed away after a battle with pancreatic cancer in 2021. Chock, for his part, shares two children with his ex-wife Heather).
"He has a business that needs his attention, or he could sell it. The end goal is to sell it, but right now, it needs his attention," Joan shared at the time.
Joan added how she's not having any more babies and so she's not worried about her "biological clock" or anything like that.
"We are in a good place; We don't need to have a marriage certificate to say that we're in a good place," Joan insisted. "[But] one day, we'll have a wedding!"

In the meantime, the couple has been traveling and enjoying time together.
Chock said in February, "As you get older, it's really not that important. We want to get married, but the timing just needs to be right."
"We see each other at least every other week and it's going very well. She's a great lady!" he added.
And Joan told Parade around that same time that wedding planning seemed "overwhelming," even thought she was convinced her romance with Chock will last forever.
"I fall more and more in love with him every day," she gushed.
"He has a great sense of humor. He's an easy person to be around. He's funny. My kids adore him. My grandson, [the] last time Chock was leaving, he said, 'I don't want that guy to go.' He requires nothing."
Joan also threw shade at The Golden Bachelor couple Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist for tying the knot in January 2024, just a few months after their marriage proposal aired on ABC, and then filing for divorce in April 2024.

"I certainly am not in any rush to get married. I am actually really happy right now, just not having anything to do," she added.
