The Golden Bachelor's Season 2 winner, Peg Munson, has slammed Mel Owens' runner-up, Cindy Angelcyk Cullers, for her "inappropriate" podcast comments.

"Look, there's been inappropriate behavior. You didn't win, you left the show, let it go and move on," Peg said on the "She's All Bach" podcast.

Peg called Cindy smart, beautiful and very articulate before sharing more about the drama.

"As she was going on these podcasts, it started to hurt my heart. I'm going to be very honest with you," Peg confessed, adding how she "has a problem" with people when they don't speak the truth.

"Just speak the truth -- right, wrong, good or bad -- and be who you are, authentically," Peg said.

"And it just really bothered me a lot because she was making comments without knowing me and making comments without really knowing Mel. It bothered my heart, you guys, because he's my guy!"

In December, Cindy claimed she felt "tension" with Peg after she had received surprising text messages from Peg.

Cindy -- who quit Mel's season of The Golden Bachelor during her Fantasy Suite date, leaving Peg as the last woman standing -- said on the "She's All Bach" podcast, "I got some text messages from her the night of Thanksgiving that I don't want to go into, but I have not replied to any of those."

When asked if they were "confrontational messages" from Peg, Cindy responded, "They're only confrontational if I reply, right?... I'm just going to assume that there might have been too many beers, and I just need to move on."

Cindy noted how it couldn't be easy to watch Mel's The Golden Bachelor season back on ABC, and so that naturally created "tension" between them.

Cindy went on to tease of Peg's texts, "It's possible that she thought I don't know Mel and that I don't have a say in who Mel is," Cindy revealed.

She added, "We are different, but I have no ill feelings for her... I'm not sure I would send those messages to a friend of mine."

Peg shared her side of the story during her Tuesday, January 21 appearance on the "She's All Bach" podcast.

"I sent her a text and I asked her, 'Please just speak about your experience. You don't know him and you're making these comments about somebody... you've spent 15 hours with! So how can you make comments about a person that you don't know?'" Peg claimed.

"And I said it very gently, and I said it very softly. And she made it into, like, 'I wouldn't have said that to a friend.' And I'm like, 'I still have the text. I'll post it.' It's a very kind text."

Peg claimed she had wished Cindy and her family a Happy Thanksgiving and that "things were well."

"But the truth of the matter is -- and I'm going to be vulnerable -- it hurt my heart, because we had done so many podcasts together, Mel and I, and not one time had we misspoke about her or said anything negative about her character or anything," Peg insisted.

"So I just asked her to talk about her experience. That's all I said. That's all it was."

Peg acknowledged how everyone has a different idea of what love is.

"Her idea of love was different than my idea of love, and it was different than Mel's idea of love. It doesn't make her bad. It doesn't make her right or wrong," Peg explained.

"And I give her kudos for leaving! She knew what she wanted. It wasn't that. So she left. And kudos to her, and so did [fellow Season 2 bachelorette Carol Freeman-Branstine]."

Peg admitted that a lot of women get "starstruck" and feel "butterflies" in the dating world.

"We get all giddy, and men, they operate differently. So I'm just proud of the girls, Carol and Cindy, for knowing what they want and don't want, and they were able to walk away with their head held high, and it's not for them," Peg explained.

"Because Mel is not for everybody. Trust me. And I'm not for everybody. I'm very honest and straightforward, and a lot of people don't like that about me. And it just so happens that Mel and I really relate on that level."

Mel also confirmed Cindy had sent him a text wishing him a happy birthday.

"There are some other things that I cannot talk about, you guys, because of my contract that were very inappropriate -- extremely inappropriate," Peg alleged.

"I can't talk about it, and so that's why I finally had had enough and I said, 'You need to stop and move on, Cindy. You're beautiful, you're gorgeous, you're articulate -- go find your guy.'"

Cindy decided to leave The Golden Bachelor because Mel had trouble verbalizing his feelings for her and picturing their future together.

Mel also told Cindy -- who seemed to be in love with Mel -- that he couldn't see himself getting engaged for two more years, and that's not what she expected or wanted to hear.

Mel therefore continued on his The Golden Bachelor journey with only Peg. Peg got to meet his two sons, and then at the Final Rose Ceremony, he gave Peg a promise ring.

Cindy joked on "The Ben & Ashley I: Almost Famous Podcast" in December that she thought the promise ring was "a joke."

"I mean, I think Carol said it best -- that she got a promise ring when she was 14," Cindy quipped at the time.

She added during her chat with Ben Higgins and Ashley Iaconetti, "If I'm looking for a relationship, you are not going to give this woman a promise ring!... I don't think Mel has any intention of ever getting married."

But Peg and Mel have since expressed their love for each other, and they've even discussed marriage and their dream wedding.

Peg therefore concluded of Cindy on the "She's All Bach" podcast, "You're out there talking about my guy, and come on, we're women! We get very protective. That's the truth about us."

"I am a very sensitive person, and I told Mel that very early on. I said, 'Look, when I love, I love deeply. I'm just that type of person, you know? And I am very honest... What you see is what you get,'" she concluded.
