The Bachelorette couple Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick have revealed why they think a baby is "close" and in their near future.

Kaitlyn, who starred on The Bachelorette's eleventh season, and Jason, who competed on The Bachelorette's fourteenth edition, got engaged in May 2021 after two years of dating, and Jason predicted last month their wedding is going to be in early 2023.

Kaitlyn, 36, and Jason, 33, sweetly interviewed each other in a video published by E! News recently, and the couple shared what's in store for their future.

"Hopefully wedding, hopefully babies," Kaitlyn said. "I want to keep growing my businesses. My dream vision board probably [is] host Dancing with the Stars and have babies."

And Jason confirmed the "babies" part may happen pretty soon.

"Your psychic said you were going to... [get pregnant]," Jason reminded his fiancee, to which Kaitlyn responded, "She did. She said that 'your baby is close.'"

But in the meantime, the lovebirds are planning their wedding and have decided the big day will take place in Nashville, TN, where they currently live.

"So we have wedding venues in mind," Kaitlyn shared. "But also, I don't want to give away the venues or the dates because I don't want people crashing my wedding."

The pair have already enlisted the same wedding planner behind Bachelor in Paradise couple Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon's beautiful Rhode Island wedding.

The wedding planner is apparently going to make sure there are no uninvited guests.

"Our wedding planner, there's a picture of him like going after a wedding crasher at Ashley and Jared's wedding and getting them out," Jason said. "So I feel like he's a pro with that."

Kaitlyn told Us Weekly last year that she was already having "baby fever" -- for "like 10 years."

"Jason and I already [said], like, 'We're making one as soon as we get married,'" Kaitlyn said at the time.

Kaitlyn would apparently like a big family, but she has realistic expectations.

"I have so many girlfriends who have struggled with getting pregnant that I'm truly just happy to even have one," Kaitlyn previously told Us.

"If that's in the cards for me, what would I ideally love? Probably three but [I'm] not getting any younger. So, I don't know if that's going to happen."

When Kaitlyn revealed her initial October 2022 wedding plans, she said she and Jason had decided on the guest count being "300 or less."

As for The Bachelor or The Bachelorette alums who may be invited to his wedding, Jason told BachelorNation.com last month, "There will be a lot of Bachelor Nation at the wedding, is my guess! I'm sure everything from production to our friends who are near and dear to our story will be there."

Jason added, "They've been a big part of our journey. Without the whole Bachelor franchise and Bachelor Nation, both on Kaitlyn's end and my end, there's no way that the pieces fall into place and that we meet one another -- so it's all because of that."

But Jason was "undecided" at the time on whether any of his male friends from Bachelor Nation will serve as groomsmen in his wedding party.

"I think Kaitlyn is pretty decided about a few that will be in her wedding party," Jason teased, "but I'll let her tell that."

"I have a feeling there will be a ton of Bachelor Nation [coming]," Jason concluded.

Kaitlyn got the ball rolling on her wedding plans before leaving for the Dancing with the Stars 2022 winter tour in mid-January.

"I was like, 'Jason, we got to lock down a wedding planner because once I'm gone, I'm not gonna be able to do much and I'm not too picky about things,'" Kaitlyn told Entertainment Tonight of the planning process earlier this year.

"I'll let the wedding planner, as long as I trust them, do their thing, so hopefully that will make it easier."

Kaitlyn announced in Fall 2021 she'd be joining the Dancing with the Stars tour after winning the mirrorball trophy with her pro partner Artem Chigvintsev on Season 29 in November 2020.

In Summer 2021, Kaitlyn and Jason hadn't decided on where to wed considering Jason's family lives in Buffalo, NY, and Kaitlyn's relatives are in Canada.

"So, we were thinking Nashville is probably a fun area to go," Kaitlyn said last year.

Kaitlyn, who co-hosted The Bachelorette's seventeenth and eighteenth seasons with Tayshia Adams, had originally planned on a Summer 2022 wedding.

"I just know that basically as soon as we can get the ball rolling, I want it to be a Great Gatsby-like, black-tie event -- very glam, which is so opposite of what I thought I would want," Kaitlyn revealed in June 2021.

"Because four years ago, I would have been like, 'I want bohemian. I want it farm-style.' I just keep changing my mind."

Kaitlyn had previously been engaged to her The Bachelorette 11 winner Shawn Booth, but the pair never seemed to get deep into wedding planning and announced their split in November 2018 after three years of dating.

Kaitlyn added how she and Jason envisioned their nuptials being "super-chic" with a reception that includes "a band, a deejay and a piano man," who will conduct a sing-a-long during the evening.

Kaitlyn also previously revealed she'd like Artem to choreograph "a nice romantic waltz" for her first dance with Jason as man and wife.

Kaitlyn first met Jason while taping an episode of her "Off the Vine" podcast in October 2018, and he took her out on their first date in January 2019.

Jason -- who finished Becca Kufrin's The Bachelorette season in third place in 2018 -- moved from his place in Seattle, WA, to live with Kaitlyn in Nashville in June 2019. The couple has since adopted two dogs together.

Prior to starring on The Bachelorette, Kaitlyn failed to win Chris Soules' heart on The Bachelor's nineteenth season.
