"SHE'S HERE! HEALTHY + BEYOND LOVED. Dream come true," Clare captioned a photo of Ryan and herself embracing in the hospital, seemingly right after the arrival of their newborn.

Prior to officially becoming a mom, Clare -- who happily took on the role of stepmom to Ryan's two children from a previous relationship -- recently conducted a Q&A session with her followers.

Clare kicked off her Q&A by answering a question she'd been asked "over 100 times" in just one day, according to BachelorNation.com.

Since Clare and Ryan were expecting their baby via surrogate, the question was, "Are you worried about connecting with your baby?"

Clare reportedly replied, "This gets asked a lot, especially with surrogacy, but what I find interesting is fathers don't give birth to their babies and nobody asks fathers this. They don't give birth and they absolutely connect with their children."

The Season 16 The Bachelorette star continued, "I think it depends on the individual versus if you gave birth, if you are a mother or a father, it depends on the person, not necessarily the situation or circumstance."

Clare therefore confirmed, "So, no, I'm not worried."

She elaborated, "I am already so connected to her and I just can't wait until she's here. I was connected with her before she was even a twinkle in my eye, I was having dreams about her. I am not worried for one second."

Clare also shared that she and Ryan were "absolutely" going to be present at the baby's birth and that they intend to keep their surrogate a part of their lives going forward.

"One hundred percent yes [our surrogate] will remain in our lives! We have always wanted our baby to know her as a part of the family and she wants the same," Clare said, according to BachelorNation.com.

"She has changed our lives in the best way possible and I have just such a deep love for her that goes way beyond the nine months."

On Monday, Clare had revealed it was time to "have a baby" and meet her child.

"Feels like a good day to have a baby," Clare wrote on her Instagram Stories, just one day after she wrote, "Baby girl, we are ready for you when you are."

On Sunday, January 14, Clare had also posted a clip of the horizon through an airplane window.

"She looked at her old life one last time, took a deep breath and gently said to herself, 'It's time. I'm ready for my new story book to begin,'" Clare captioned the picture.

Clare got engaged to Dale Moss on The Bachelorette's sixteenth season, which aired in Summer 2020, but they split one year year.

Following her split from Dale, Clare began dating Ryan, the CEO of Mascot Sports, in late 2021.

The pair went Instagram official in September 2022, and then Ryan proposed marriage to Clare less than one month later on October 2022 in Las Vegas, NV.

Clare and Ryan got married in February 2023 and then moved into a new house together two months later. Clare happily became a stepmom to Ryan's kids from a previous relationship, but she has said she always wanted a baby of her own.

Clare gushed on the "Ben and Ashley I: Almost Famous Podcast" in August 2023 how she's so "grateful" for her husband.

"He's so good to me, and is there in the darkest, deepest moments," Clare said, getting a bit choked up.

Clare explained how her relationship with Dale was "not healthy" and it "crushed" her spirit. Clare said their romance "brought out the worst" in her and made her mental health dip "low."

Multiple sources previously described Dale as a "fame-seeker" and partyboy in New York City while Clare had been very clear from the start about her intentions to get married, settle down and have children.

Reports swirled at the time of Clare and Dale's September 2021 breakup that the former NFL player had cheated on The Bachelorette alum, although Dale firmly denied the cheating allegations.

Clare has thrown major shade at Dale over the years. She ultimately thought he was fake and had put on a performance during their relationship so he could achieve fame and boost his acting and modeling career.

Clare also appeared on Season 1 and Season 2 of Bachelor in Paradise prior to her The Bachelorette stint.
