The Bachelor star Sean Lowe promises the finale of his season will be anything but predictable.

"You're gonna be shocked!" the seventeenth-season The Bachelor star recently told Extra's Mario Lopez. "You'll see me go back and forth back and forth which one's for me and in the end it's a shock."

While he struggled to make his final decision between Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter, handing out his last rose was apparently fairly easy for him to do.

"Not as difficult as you might think, the final week was excruciating for me, but there comes a time when I have clarity and it all makes sense and it's a beautiful thing," Lowe explained.

When looking back on his journey, Lowe admitted his one regret was that he "should have listened to the women regarding [Tierra LiCausi]."

In addition to teasing the conclusion of his season, Lowe also addressed a couple rumors that have been circulating out there about him.

For starters, he denied a recent Star Magazine report claiming he recently began cheating on his new The Bachelor fiancee with The Bachelorette star Emily Maynard -- who had dumped him for runner-up Arie Luyendyk Jr. and winner Jef Holm during the show's eighth edition.

"That's completely fictitious. I have run into her once," Lowe told Lopez, referencing how Maynard had previously interviewed him for Extra. "And I have had no communication with her since."

Lowe also insisted he never offered -- as the National Inquirer recently reported -- to donate his sperm to his sister so she could have a baby.

The Bachelor's finale taped on November 17 in Thailand and will air on March 11 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
