The Bachelor star Sean Lowe says he just couldn't keep it together when deciding between Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter at the end of his journey on the show.

"You're going to see me, basically, have a mental breakdown," Lowe told Mario Lopez in a radio interview that will air Friday on Los Angeles' 104.3 FM, according to Us Weekly.

"I get to a point where I'm like, man, both of these girls are so wonderful and I could see my life heading in either direction. And I don't know what to do, and I'm torn."

Not only did Lowe have a mental breakdown, but he apparently had an emotional breakdown as well while filming The Bachelor's seventeenth-season finale on November 17, which airs on Monday at 8PM ET/PT on ABC and promises to be "shocking."

"I was always proud of the fact that through [Emily Maynard's season of] The Bachelorette and every episode except for the last of The Bachelor, I never cried once. I had my man-card in tact, and then the emotion just pours out of me that last day. I lose it all," Lowe reportedly explained.

However, the struggle paid off, as Lowe said his time on the show was worth it and ended successfully.

"I'm happy, man. I was skeptical going into it," Lowe told Lopez, according to Us. "I thought out of meeting 25 women, there's a good chance I might not build a connection with anybody."

In addition, Lowe reportedly touched upon his experience on The Bachelor: The Women Tell All special, which aired earlier this week.

"I made it out on the other end alive," he noted. "And not only that, you'll see on Monday, I'm left with two of the most phenomenal women in the world. And I really did develop strong feelings for both of them."
