The Bachelor cast of 32 women who will be competing for Joey Graziadei's heart on Season 28 next year has officially been announced by ABC.

ABC previously revealed 32 bachelorettes who "may" have a chance to meet and date Joey, a 27-year-old tennis pro from Koloa, HI, on The Bachelor's 28th season, which is set to premiere on Monday, January 22 at 8PM ET/PT.

The inclusion of the word "may" suggested a few of the women may not actually make it to Night 1 of The Bachelor, especially since a typical The Bachelor or The Bachelorette season usually only begins with 25 or 30 contestants.

But the network confirmed on Wednesday, December 20 that all 32 of those women will, in fact, be appearing on Joey's The Bachelor season.

The women range in age from 23 to 31-years-old. Only four of the ladies are age 30 or older.

Joey was announced as The Bachelor star for Season 28 during The Bachelorette's live Season 20 finale, which featured Charity Lawson rejecting Joey in second place and getting engaged to her winner, Dotun Olubeko, in late August.

The Bachelor fans were already introduced to one of Joey's bachelorettes -- Lea Cayanan, a 23-year-old account manager from Waipahu, HI -- during the finale of Charity's The Bachelorette season.

Joey and Lea introduced themselves to each other in front of a screaming studio audience shortly after Joey was first announced as The Bachelor star.

The Bachelor host Jesse Palmer gave Lea a special envelope -- containing something that will "help" Lea and also shake up the season, during the finale -- and he asked her not to open it until Night 1 of filming.

"I don't know [what was in the card]. It threw me for a loop," Joey admitted during the August 29 episode of the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast, which is co-hosted by Bachelor in Paradise spouses Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt.

"I like that they are trying to change things up, I really do. But I was like, 'What are we doing with the card? What does this mean?'"

Joey recalled how Leah was "amazing" and "funny," especially when she joked to him on After the Final Rose, "These girls are going to hate me when I walk into this house."

According to Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone, Joey's bachelorettes started arriving in Los Angeles on September 15 and The Bachelor season began filming with Night 1's cocktail party on September 19.

The show has since wrapped filming.

Carbone also reported there is a pair of sisters on Joey's upcoming The Bachelor season: Allison Hollinger, a 26-year-old from Philadelphia, PA, and Lauren Hollinger, a 28-year-old from Philadelphia, PA.

Luckily for Joey, these women aren't identical twins. That's a twist viewers saw on Ben Higgins' season of The Bachelor with Haley Ferguson and Emily Ferguson.

Joey said on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast that's he's looking for a woman who is adventurous.

"I want someone that's going to love every day and try to make the most of it," Joey shared.

Joey, who claimed he doesn't really have a type, added how he wants a funny woman who can "command a room," make others feel comfortable, and not take things too seriously.

According to ABC, Joey also wants a partner who is outgoing and caring.

"He loves hiking, surfing and ending his days watching the sunset but knows he has much more love to give, and the only thing missing is someone with whom to share his life," ABC says of The Bachelor star.
