The Bachelor just debuted its 23rd season on January 7, and a lengthy trailer that was released at the end of ABC's special three-hour event worked fans up into a frenzy.

In the preview, Colton was shown crying often, hopping a six-foot fence to escape production, engaging in some passionate physical encounters with several women and, at one point, leaving Chris Harrison swearing and searching for the Bachelor in the middle of nowhere and down a deserted road.

Starting from the beginning, what can Bachelor Nation expect to see unfold next week in Episode 2 of the reality dating series?

The Bachelor's premiere left 23 bachelorettes still in the running for Colton's heart after the season's initial Rose Ceremony: Hannah Brown, Hannah Godwin, Katie Morton, Cassie Randolph, Heather Martin, Tayshia Adams, Onyeka Ehie, Nicole Lopez-Alvar, Caelynn Miller-Keyes, Kirpa Sudick, Demi Burnett, Sydney Lotuaco, Elyse Dehlbom, Caitlin Clemmens, Courtney Curtis, Erika McNutt, Tracy Shapoff, Angelique Sherman, Nina Bartula, Alex Blumberg, Brianna "Bri" Barnes, Annie Reardon, and Catherine Agro.

According to Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone, the second episode of Colton's The Bachelor edition will feature Hannah B. receiving a first one-on-one date with Colton, as well as the Bachelor going on two group dates.

Megan Mullally and her husband Nick Offerman will be part of one of the group dates based in Los Angeles that will require the women to share and discuss a meaningful "first" they've had in their lives.

Hannah G., Demi, Tracy, Nicole, Catherine, Onyeka, Bri, and Elyse will accompany Colton on this date, and Elyse will allegedly get the rose.

For the second group date, 12 women will go camping and play different games -- including cornhole, badminton, and football. The girls will then be divided into two teams for a relay race, a canoe race, a talent show, and Tug of War.

The winning team will reportedly be comprised of Caelynn, Katie, Alex, Cassie, Heather, Tayshia. The losing team will reportedly be made up of Sydney, Nina, Courtney, Erika, Caitlin, Kirpa.

Heather receives the group date rose after a day of obstacles and athletic feats, according to Carbone.

Annie and Angelique, however, do not get a date at all this week.

At the cocktail party, Demi will shock her competition by showing up in a bathrobe, pulling a Corinne Olympios.

Four women get cut at the second Rose Ceremony

Colton will reportedly eliminate four women at the episode's Rose Ceremony: Alex B., Annie, Angelique, and Erika.

Moving on to Episode 3, Colton will allegedly enjoy two group dates and a single one-on-one date.

According to Carbone, the one-on-one date will go to Elyse, and the pair will explore Belmont Park in San Diego with children from charities Friends of Scott and Seany Foundation.

Afterward, Colton and Elyse will attend a concert in Los Angeles that was open to the public by Tenille Arts.

As for the two group dates, the women who will receive the roses are reportedly Caelynn and Nicole.

In Nicole's group date, eight women will compete in the Strongest Woman Challenge, a boot-camp inspired date hosted by Terry Crews and judged by Fred Willard, Carbone reported.

The other women participating in the Strongest Woman Challenge will be Cassie, Caitlin, Onyeka, Tayshia, Sydney, Nina and Catherine. The girls will be forced to complete pushups, situps, flip a tire, and more.

In the end, Onyeka -- who has already shown herself to be strong in mind and body and fierce -- allegedly wins the challenge; however, Nicole somehow managed to snag the group-date rose.

Caitlin gets sent home

At the afterparty on this date, Carbone claims Caitlin will get sent home because Colton just couldn't envision his future being with her.

On Caelynn's group date, she must reportedly share Colton with Courtney, Demi, Tracy, Katie, Heather, Hannah B. and Kirpa. It will take place at Pirate's Dinner Adventure in Buena Park, CA.

The women who reportedly miss out on dates this week are Bri and Hannah G.

Caelynn and Hannah B. clash

A little drama will reportedly unfold during this episode between Caelynn and Hannah B., who both competed for the title of Miss USA 2018. (Caelynn finished as the runner-up, but Hannah didn't even make the Top 15).

Not only are these girls competing for Colton's heart, but Caelynn and Hannah B. are probably in a competition among themselves.

Although some women will look forward to chatting with Colton at the cocktail party succeeding his week of dates, the Bachelor reportedly chooses to cancel the event and throw a pool party instead.

Three women are cut at the third Rose ceremony

At the Rose Ceremony, Colton will then reportedly eliminate Catherine, Nina, and Bri.

The third Rose Ceremony will end with 15 bachelorettes still in the running for Colton's final rose.

Afterward, the group will reportedly travel overseas to Singapore and then Caelynn and Tayshia will both receive one-on-one dates. For Tayshia and Colton's date, they will test their limits and fears by going bungee jumping.

But Caelynn and Colton will have a very different date, and viewers can reportedly expect to see one of the most emotional, open and vulnerable conversations The Bachelor franchise has ever seen.

Caelynn and Colton have a huge talk

Harrison has even refused to tease the conversation as "the most dramatic" one ever because he feels making a joke out of things does not do Caelynn's story justice.

Carbone reported that Caelynn will share a very personal and traumatic story in which she had been a victim of sexual assault on her college campus when he was 22 years old.

Caelynn has publicly discussed her past because she decided to make helping rape victims her platform when she competed for Miss USA. Caelynn has made an effort to educate survivors given women may not know what to do after such an encounter.

Because Caelynn opened up to Colton so freely, he will apparently share another big reveal from his own life as well.

Thirteen ladies will embark on a competitive group date with the 26-year-old charity founder and former professional football player, although Carbone is not sure which woman receives the group-date rose.

Two more girls go home at the fourth Rose Ceremony

Colton will then have to break two more hearts on the road to finding his perfect match, and so Courtney and Tracy both allegedly get cut from the competition.

Episode 5 of The Bachelor's 23rd season will reportedly take place in Khao Lak, Thailand, with Cassie being chosen to accompany Colton on a one-on-one date.

The other one-on-one date will allegedly go to Heather, who hopefully receives her first kiss ever.

And on the group date comprised of eight bachelorettes, Carbone says Hannah B. will earn the rose.

Hannah B. allegedly has to share the group date with Onyeka, Nicole, Elyse, Caelynn, Tayshia, Hannah G., Katie, Demi, Sydney, and Kirpa.

Elyse quits the show

Colton, however, apparently doesn't do all of the rejecting during his season.

According to Carbone, Elyse decides to quit the show during this episode because she's just not feeling much of a spark with Colton.

Two more girls go home

That will reportedly leave only two women roseless at the next Rose Ceremony, and those two women sent home will be Onyeka and Nicole.

Episode 6 of The Bachelor will reportedly take place in Nha Trang, Vietnam, where Colton enjoys two solo dates with Hannah G. and Kirpa, who both receive roses on their respective dates.

The rest of the bachelorettes will reportedly go on a jungle-inspired group date, and then Demi will be eliminated after visiting Colton's hotel room.

Colton sends Demi home

Carbone says Colton did not reciprocate Demi's strong feelings, and so he decides to let her go before the next Rose Ceremony.

Then Sydney decides to quit

But again, Colton finds himself at the mercy of his bachelorettes and their feelings for him when Sydney decides to quit the show because she was also missing a strong connection with The Bachelor star.

And drama will unfold when two bachelorettes, who are frontrunners at this point in the season, are thrown under a bus.

"Also in Vietnam, Katie tells [Colton] that Caelynn and Cassie were talking about being the Bachelorette, they weren't genuine, and they weren't here for him and he wasn't happy. But he sends Katie home at the rose ceremony," Carbone reported.

That will leave on seven girls in the running to become Colton's fiancee in Episode 7.

Three women reportedly receive a one-on-one date with Colton during this episode: Tayshia, Caelynn and Hannah B.

Colton and Tayshia walk around Union Station with Colton's dog Sniper and enjoy some drinks and ice cream.

Hannah B. gets sent home on her 1-on-1

Unfortunately for Hannah B., however, she gets eliminated during her one-on-one date, according to Carbone, but the other two ladies receive roses.

There will also reportedly be a four-on-one date during which Heather chooses to eliminate herself because she's not ready to introduce Colton to her family. (Yet another bachelorette who quits!)

Hannah G. reportedly receives the rose on this date, leaving a rose up for grabs between Kirpa and Cassie ahead of hometown dates.

At this point, Kirpa reportedly gets eliminated, but Carbone is unsure whether she goes home in the traditional sense at a Rose Ceremony.

That will reportedly determine Colton's Final 4 bachelorettes: Caelynn, Cassie, Tayshia and Hannah G.

Colton goes on his Final 4 hometown dates

Those four women got to bring Colton home to meet their families during taping.

The women's round of hometown dates in Episode 8 were allegedly filmed between October 27 and November 2.

Hannah G's date was taped in Birmingham, AL, on October 27.

Caelynn's date was filmed in Fredericksburg, VA, on October 29, and the couple enjoyed a horse-drawn carriage on Princess Anne Street.

Tayshia's date took place in Orange County, CA, and was filmed on October 31.

And Cassie's date was filmed November 2 in Huntington Beach, CA.

Caelynn is eliminated by Colton

After four special hometown dates, Colton reportedly eliminates Caelynn in fourth place at a Rose Ceremony held in Los Angeles, CA.

According to Carbone, Caelynn is the girl Bachelor Nation will probably fall in love with and will likely become the next The Bachelorette star.

In Episode 9 set in Sagres, Portugal, Carbone claims Colton will only take advantage of two of his planned three overnight Fantasy Suite dates -- the first with Tayshia that taped on November 6 at the famous lighthouse on Cabo de Sao Vicente and the second with Cassie that filmed on November 8.

Colton decides he wants to be with Cassie

Colton allegedly determines after his date with Cassie that she is the only girl whom he wants to continue dating.

At this point in the process, Cassie allegedly wins Colton's heart, which is pretty premature compared to the storyline in past seasons. (Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Ben Higgins, for example, were completely torn and distraught over having to choose between their Final 2 bachelorettes).

"[Colton went on the date with Tayshia, the overnight date, [and] went on the overnight date with Cassie. And as I was told, something happened on that overnight date that made Colton want to be with Cassie and basically end the show," Carbone said in his Reality Steve podcast last month.

But Cassie doesn't want to be with Colton

However, Cassie reportedly realizes she is not ready to settle down or accept a Neil Lane diamond ring from Colton in the end.

"Cassie told him, 'I don't want to be engaged,'" Carbone revealed in his podcast.

"She essentially pulled a [Peter Kraus]. Like, 'I'm 23, like, I don't want to be engaged.' And I'm being told -- and I can't 100 percent confirm this -- but I'm being told this is where the fence jump happened. Because on that overnight date, Cassie left the show."

This is the time when Colton allegedly jumps over the fence in frustration and anger, saying, "I'm done."

"Cassie leaves the show on her overnight date because she doesn't want to be engaged. And Colton, obviously, is very upset," Carbone explained.

Colton still cuts Hannah G. and Tayshia

Despite Cassie's decision to quit the show, Colton allegedly chooses to forego an overnight date with Hannah G. -- who also allegedly has a good shot to become the next The Bachelorette star, according to Carbone.

Colton reportedly decides to dump both Hannah G. and Tayshia in the hope of making something work with Cassie in the real world.

There will therefore be no Final 3 Rose Ceremony or Final Rose Ceremony abroad.

Colton chases after Cassie

According to Carbone, Cassie actually returned home to California after she decided to leave the show -- and Colton then also returned to America and essentially chased her down.

The Bachelor's production crew reportedly filmed Colton tracking Cassie down in the Los Angeles area and telling her that he'd still like to be with her regardless of whether they get engaged.

Colton's desperate plea reportedly resulted in the couple choosing to continue dating together and taking an engagement off the table since Cassie is only 23 years old.

"I don't know how many days after [Cassie] left [Portugal it was], but they filmed something in [Los Angeles]. I'm assuming [in] Huntington Beach, where Cassie lives, because she lives with her parents in Huntington Beach," Carbone said.

"They filmed something in the States, where Colton comes to Cassie and basically says, 'We don't need to be engaged, but I want to be with you.' And that's where we are for right now."

Cassie had been Colton's frontrunner for weeks

Carbone had been hearing Cassie would probably be Colton's winner since mid-October. In fact, the spoiler blogger said from the start he would be "stunned" if Cassie didn't receive his final rose.

So did Cassie reunite with Colton and decide to continue dating him, and if so, what is the status of their romance now?

Carbone says Colton and Cassie are currently dating and will share a relationship update with fans in a couple of months when The Bachelor: After the Final Rose airs on ABC.

"My guess is Cassie is very young, and her feeling of, back in November, telling Colton, 'I'm not ready to be engaged,' [is] probably still going to stand in March. But that's just a guess. We'll see what happens," Carbone predicted.

Carbone concluded his podcast by apologizing for previously incorrectly reporting Colton and Cassie were engaged.

"I apologize for reporting that they are engaged. They are not," Carbone said, referring to his initial set of spoilers that he had to correct.

"But he definitely chose Cassie, and they are definitely seeing each other, and have been seeing each other since the end of filming."

If the spoilers turn out to be correct, Bachelor Nation will miss out on a lot of typical footage from Colton's season -- including Hannah G.'s overnight date, the Final 2 women meeting with Colton's family, the Final 2 women's last one-on-one dates with Colton in Spain, and, of course, a Final Rose Ceremony.
