In the SLOMW clip, Taylor, 32, was chatting with co-stars Jessi Draper, Mikayla Matthews and Mayci Neeley about her time filming The Bachelorette's 22nd season in late 2025.

When asked if she had sex in the Fantasy Suites, Taylor seemingly shook her head "no."

Jessi then asked of Taylor's The Bachelorette winner, "Is there part of you that thinks he looks like Dakota?"

Taylor replied, "I didn't start thinking that until people said it around me. I did not see that the night that I met him."

Jessi then pointed out other similarities between Taylor's ex-boyfriend -- who is also the father of her youngest child, Ever True -- and her The Bachelorette winner, who is widely rumored to be Doug Mason.

"They have the same initials, they're both from Idaho -- it's so weird," Jessi said.

Taylor said she "didn't learn all that" about the bachelor "until later."

"And yes, he did get down on one knee and propose, which I was shocked about. I was shocked," Taylor revealed to the women.

According to Jessi, Doug had told the ladies at some point during filming that he wasn't going to propose marriage to Taylor at the end of The Bachelorette season.

"We weren't planning on doing that," Taylor confirmed. "[But I said], 'Yes.' Yes, I did [get engaged]."

But Taylor suggested a change happened once she returned home to Utah post-filming.

Taylor explained to the #MomTok stars how she and Dakota were texting about her travel plans.

"I don't know how it led to it, but he came over," Taylor confessed.

The women appeared surprised and seemed to think Taylor and Dakota's reunion means they hooked up.

"Umm... I think I know how that happened," Mikayla quipped.

ABC announced its decision to cancel Taylor's The Bachelorette season on March 19, several days before it was scheduled to premiere, after a 2023 video leaked of Taylor verbally and physically attacking Dakota in front of her daughter.

In addition to Taylor dealing with backlash over the shocking 2023 video leak, Dakota accused Taylor of domestic violence in February. She and Dakota had even filed dueling restraining orders.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star has since been in a custody battle with Dakota over their two-year-old son, Ever.

On April 14, the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office announced that Taylor won't face charges from her domestic assault dispute with Dakota, People reported.

The Bachelorette production sources subsequently told TMZ that ABC still planned to air Taylor's season, but that has yet to happen.

While he didn't confirm whether Taylor's The Bachelorette season will ever be released, Disney executive Rob Mills told Deadline Hollywood in April that things would be taken "one day at a time" and he hoped viewers will eventually see the "wonderful" and "fantastic" season.

Rob also told Variety that Taylor's The Bachelorette season "is really, really fantastic" and it was "a great journey" for her overall.

Taylor has also been campaigning for her season to air. She signed and promoted a petition asking ABC to air her season of The Bachelorette, and the petition has collected roughly 25,000 signatures from fans.
