Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici are celebrating four years of marriage.
Lowe marked the occasion by sharing a photo with his 1.1 million Instagram followers. The picture shows him taking off Giudici's garter with his teeth at their wedding.
"Celebrating 4 years of marriage with my sidekick Hottie McSpicy Pants today! Life is better with you attached to my hip @catherinegiudici," he wrote.
Giudici also dedicated a post to Lowe on her own account.
"Goodness gracious, I love this man," she gushed. "Happy Anniversary sweets!"Giudici said in an interview with E! News that she's grateful for Lowe and hopes to share her blessings with their community.
"I love having my best friend to wake up to, spend the day with and kiss goodnight," the star said.
"We know how blessed we are every day and want to continue to enrich our lives with new experiences and people and hopefully in the process, help others," she added.
Lowe and Giudici married in 2014 after meeting and getting engaged on "The Bachelor."
The couple welcomed their first child, son Samuel Thomas, in 2016, and announced in November that they're expecting again.
Giudici said in an Instagram post Wednesday that she's 23 weeks pregnant.
