Seal has insisted he wasn't implying Heidi Klum cheated on him with her bodyguard Martin Kristen while they were married when he recently claimed she decided to "fornicate with the help."

"Seal would like to clarify that he was not implying his wife was cheating while they were together, but he was merely pointing out that their separation and divorce were not final and they are still legally married," Seal's representative told Us Weekly on Sunday, only one day after Klum's representative denied any infidelity on her client's part.

Klum had denied cheating on Seal while the soon-to-be-divorced couple was married shortly after his original comments.

"It is sad that Seal has to resort to this kind of behavior and spread these untruths about the mother of his children," the Project Runway host's representative told Us on Saturday.

Seal reportedly made his allegations during an impromptu airport interview with paparazzi on Friday when he was asked to comment on recent photos which showed Klum embracing Kristen, her bodyguard of four years.

"I guess I didn't expect any better from him [but] I would have preferred Heidi show a little bit more class and at least wait until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help, as it were. But I guess you now all have the answer that you've been looking for for the past seven months," Seal told TMZ, according to Us.

Klum, 39, and Seal, 49, separated in January after seven years of marriage and are the parents of four children Leni, 8, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2.

While Seal originally said he wanted the split to "remain civil" and reconciliation was a possibility, Klum formally filed for divorce in April.

"I cherish all of the great memories Seal and I created together over the years. Our separation was based on issues between the two of us," Klum told Us yesterday. "Seal has moved on and so have I. My priority has and continues to be protecting and providing for our children."
