Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are reportedly getting married, and they're actually making it legal this time.

The Hills couple are reportedly set to wed in a legal wedding ceremony at an undisclosed location in Pasadena, CA on Saturday, April 25 in sunset ceremony, E! News reported on Thursday.

"This will be the real wedding," a source close to the couple told E!. "It's being filmed as the season finale for The Hills."

While a representative for the couple declined to comment, E! also reported that about 110 guests had been invited to the ceremony.

The relationship status of the 22-year-old Montag and the 25-year-old Pratt has been the source of many questions in recent months.

In November, the The couple -- who had called off their engagement last year but resumed dating shortly afterwards -- eloped and were "wed" during a 15-minute ceremony with no family present at a chapel at the One & Only Palmilla resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

However after it occurred, the couple acknowledged the Mexican ceremony -- which was allegedly a spur of the moment decision -- was not legally binding in the United States.

Shortly thereafter, Pratt and Montag supposedly planned to rectify the situation with a Los Angeles Superior Court civil ceremony, however the event -- which aired on The Hills fourth season finale but was later revealed to have filmed after regular court hours and set to be conducted by a non-Los Angeles Superior Court judge -- was called off when Pratt's sister allegedly convinced him that Montag deserved a traditional wedding.
