Rachel Reilly was declared the Season 13 winner of the U.S. reality TV series "Big Brother" Wednesday night.

The 27-year-old model from Las Vegas beat out fellow finalists Adam David Poch and Porsche Lee Briggs for the $500,000 grand prize.

Reilly also competed in Season 12 of the show, but was eliminated quickly after the competition began.

The series, which is presided over by Julie Chen, follows a group of people living together in a house outfitted with more than 52 cameras and 95 microphones recording their every move 24 hours a day.

Each week, the house-guests vote someone out of the house.
