Bachelor in Paradise's Season 10 finale is set to air on Tuesday, September 2 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.Bachelor in Paradise star Alexe Godin recently teased that fans should brace themselves for a gripping ending.
Alexe shared on the August 26 episode of the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast, "Definitely the last episode is going to be surprising."
Alexe told the podcast's co-hosts Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt, "I don't think I've ever been in a position where I experienced something like that."
The Bachelor alum added, "It was, I'm just going to say it, gut-wrenching."
The latest episode featured Bachelor in Paradise host Jesse Palmer revealing of what's to come, "For your final test, $500,000 -- money or love? If you choose love, you're choosing to forego the money."
Fans have finally learned that if a couple chooses to stay together after the show, they'll miss out on the $500,000 prize.
The Paradise couples who would be likely to choose love are Alexe and Andrew Spencer, Katherine "Kat" Izzo and Dale Moss, Spencer Conley and Jess Edwards, and Jeremy Simon and Bailey Taylor Brown.
The show's only remaining Golden couple, Kathy Swarts and Keith Gordon, however, have no romantic connection but are still in the running for the prize money.
Brian Autz previously revealed that cast members acted "very different" once the money came into play, and so will any of the bachelors or bachelorettes leave Season 10 with a broken heart?
Kathy predicted there will be "trouble in Paradise," and she may be right.
A preview of the finale shows Sean McLaughlin returning to Paradise and throwing Kat under the bus, and Kat sobbing to her pals.
