NBC has announced dates and locations for The Biggest Loser's tenth-season open casting calls.

The 15-city cross-country search will begin on March 6 in Chicago and continue over the next month before coming to a close on April 3 in Los Angeles.

NBC is looking for both individual contestants and teams of two who need to lose at least 100 lbs. and have "the personality, desire and competitive edge to vie for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to lose weight, change their lives forever and compete for a grand prize of $250,000," according to the network.

Interested applicants must be 18 or older and legal residents of the U.S.. Additional information is available via NBC's website.

The Biggest Loser's tenth season is currently slated to air next fall as part of NBC's primetime programming schedule.
