My Big Fat Fabulous Life star Whitney Thore has announced her engagement to Jake Beaudoin.

"Jake has officially graduated from boyfriend to fiance," she told the magazine. "We're getting married."
Whitney said she was "completely surprised" by Jake popping the question, which "made the moment even more special."
"It was truly perfect," the reality TV star gushed, adding how her engagement ring "is absolutely beautiful."
"There's a special story behind [the ring] that means so much to us," she explained.
"We're thrilled to start this next chapter and build our future together as husband and wife."
Jake got down on one knee just several days after the pair went Instagram official with their relationship.
On August 15, Whitney posted Instagram photos with her man after what appeared to be a hike at Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina.
In addition to a photo of the pair posing arm in arm, Whitney also included an image of the couple kissing in front of a scenic background.
Whitney captioned her recent post with a simple black-heart emoji.
Fans celebrated the couple's hard launch in the comments and congratulated the happy couple.
Prior to making an official relationship announcement, Whitney had posted photos with a mystery man, hiding his face.

While Whitney is clearly excited about becoming a bride, this isn't her first engagement.
The reality TV star previously got engaged to Chase Severino in late 2019, but they reportedly broke up in Spring 2020 after she found out he was expecting a child with another woman.
On the latest season of My Big Fat Fabulous Life, Whitney searched for a sperm donor and ultimately underwent artificial insemination, People reported.
The show's 13th season wrapped in September 2025.
