Dancing with the Stars has offered the troubled actress up to $550,000 to appear on the sixteenth season of the dancing competition, which will premiere March 18 on ABC, however Lohan just isn't budging because she simply doesn't want to be on reality TV, TMZ reported.

Sources told the website Lohan just wants to continue making movies although she could probably use the money since she owes hundreds of thousands of dollars in back taxes.

Dancing with the Stars declined comment on the alleged offer. "We don't comment on casting," a representative told TMZ.

This isn't the first time the reality dancing competition has attempted to get Lohan. Back in 2010, reports circulated the show was targeting her for its twelfth edition.

"Dancing with the Stars producers have had Lindsay on their wish list of castmates for a very long time," a source told RadarOnline in 2010.

While Lohan has made headlines for alleged drug-use, partying and law-breaking, the RadarOnline source claimed at the time she has raw talent and would be a great fit for Dancing with the Stars

"The girl can dance. Lindsay is wicked talented," the source said.

In 2008, Lohan's mother and former Living Lohan star Dina Lohan reportedly hinted her interest in participating in the show's eighth season.
