Lauren Bushnell was ready to get married when previously engaged to Ben Higgins, and now she's looking forward to that next chapter in her life with her boyfriend Devin Antin.

"I'm definitely happy that [Devin]'s in my life," Lauren, 28, gushed to Us Weekly of the real estate investor.

"Honestly, I'm just so ready to settle down. Whether that's in L.A., I don't know. There are so many things that are up in the air. But I want to have a family, I want to settle down and I want to hang out with my friends and family. I'm happy where I'm at and happy not being on reality television!"

After falling in love with Ben on The Bachelor's 20th season in early 2016 on ABC, the pair documented their lives as an engaged couple living in Denver, CO, on Freeform's Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After?.

But Happily Ever After? didn't exactly have a fairy-tale ending. The series showed Ben and Lauren attempting to work through a lot of issues, including Ben's decision to call off their TV wedding and push back their big day in general due to cold feet.

Once the couple officially announced their split in May 2017 and Lauren moved back to Los Angeles -- where her family and friends reside -- she reunited with Devin, whom she had met on Tinder and briefly got to know one year before appearing on The Bachelor.

Lauren and Devin then sparked a romance in July 2017. They went Instagram official one month later and have seemingly been happy ever since.

"I feel like my life has just settled and things have kind of, like, fallen into place and I feel so lucky," Lauren told Us.

"At times I'm overwhelmed still, because I was a flight attendant a matter of three years ago. My life is still very different now than it was back then, but I'm so happy. I'm surrounded by my family, I have a great boyfriend and I couldn't really ask for anything more."

During her relationship with Ben, Lauren started a lifestyle blog about fashion and beauty, but when she moved to California, she seemingly concentrated on attempting a modeling career instead.

Ben found out about Lauren and Devin's romance towards the end of Summer 2017, when he told Us, "From what I understand and from what I hear, she's happy -- as hard as that is for me to think about."

Ben confessed at the time, however, he felt some burdens and anxiety because "life was catching up" to him. Ben said he found himself praying to God last year to help him sincerely celebrate Lauren's newfound happiness.

"Lauren is an incredible person. She's great and she's beautiful and she has a ton going for her. That girl is going to crush it when it comes to this world. She's a good friend to people. We need people like her happy and so if she's happy right now, I will celebrate that the best I can," Ben previously told the magazine.

Ben insisted there was no "big, dark, hidden secret" behind his split from Lauren and they simply "grew apart" as life pulled them in opposite directions.

Ben appeared on The Bachelor Winter Games earlier this year but left the show crying about his failed relationship with Lauren. Ben apparently wasn't ready to date at the time, but he's getting there!
