Joey Kovar is reportedly believed to have died from a fatal combination of cocaine, Viagra and alcohol.

The night before his death, just before midnight, Kovar reportedly went to Achterhof's home in Chicago Ridge, IL, where he requested she give him a ride to him buy more cocaine. According to TMZ sources, Achterhof convinced Kovar to stay at her place instead and then the pair fooled around -- without having sex -- while the reality TV star was also allegedly powered on alcohol and Viagra.
Friday morning, Achterhof reportedly woke up to find Kovar, whose eyes were allegedly "blackened," unconscious and bleeding. Authorities are assuming Kovar had an aneurysm, as blackened eyes are frequently a sign of a drug overdose, TMZ reported.
Achterhof also allegedly told police Kovar had abusing his prescribed Adderall and Xanax medications in the weeks leading up to his death.
While authorities suspect drug-usage was behind Kovar's sudden passing, his autopsy came back inconclusive and the cause of death is pending toxicological test results, The Chicago Tribune reported.
TMZ previously reported that Kovar's family was suspecting a drug overdose caused the reality TV star's death, but Kovar's brother David Kovar has denied that's the case.
"That is not what anyone is suspecting, my brother was doing very well," David Kovar told The Chicago Tribune. "Everything was going very well. The very, very last thing that our family is suspecting is drugs."
Kovar's family is reportedly insisting the aspiring actor had been sober for six months and was working on a new project.
Kovar is survived by two children, a three-year-old son and two-year-old daughter.
"He loved them more than anything, he was just a great father," David Kovar said. "He never let [reality show fame] go to his head. He was still about being by family."
