Jenelle Evans' estranged husband Courtland Rogers is allegedly on suicide watch.

Rogers is being closely watched since he checked himself into a hospital earlier this week following incidents in which Evans had filed four assault charges against him, demanded a divorce and suffered a miscarriage with his baby, RadarOnline reported Thursday.

"I wanted to die because I wasn't with Jenelle," Rogers told RadarOnline of the Teen Mom 2 star. "I just didn't know how to deal with the pain that I'm not with her."

Rogers, 27, apparently believes he'll be a better catch for Evans, 21, post-treatment and is hopeful they can reconcile their relationship.

"I am going to get healthy in this hospital," Rogers added. "I've been under suicide watch and I don't even have shoelaces. All I want is my wife back. Jenelle is my best friend and I miss her."

Evans and Rogers got engaged in November and then wed in early December in a quickie ceremony.
