The 35-year-old singer and actress confirmed in an Instagram post Saturday that she lost the unborn child she was expecting with her husband, former NFL player Mike Caussin.

"Today I am 1-3," Kramer wrote, referencing her previous miscarriages.

"I debated posting this for the exact reason why it's a silent struggle. I don't want I'm sorry or sympathy. I just don't want to feel alone. And I know I'm not. This unfortunately isn't my first loss."

"When I first found out I was pregnant I wanted to shout it from the rooftop but I know for reasons like this we have to wait," she added.

"So because we don't tell many, we have to suffer silently...and suffering silently was my thing in the past, but it's not now."

"For the women out there who have miscarried in the past and need support and a place to grieve their little one lost or to those in thick of it like me who are currently grieving and in pain, let us all be there for each other," the star said.

"You don't need to feel alone."

The "One Tree Hill" alum and former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant shares 22-month-old daughter Jolie Rae with Caussin, whom she married in May 2015.

She confirmed in September that she and Causin are still together despite rumors of a separation in 2016.

"He's still my husband, yes," the star said in an interview with the Mouthing Off with Olivia Caridi podcast. "We're actively working on [our marriage]."

Kramer and Caussin appeared the happy couple in a slideshow of photos the singer posted last week from a trip to Hawaii, writing, "Hawaii I love you! Until next time."
