Michelle, who had placed third on Season 14 of Hell's Kitchen, defeated her fellow finalists Nick Peters Bond and Benjamin Knack in the Season 17 finale.

"I can't even comprehend how happy I am right now. I am the winner of Hell's Kitchen All Stars! Like, oh my God! This moment is everything I've been working for in my life," Michelle said in her final words.

As the winner of Hell's Kitchen All Stars, Michelle will receive the executive chef position of the new Hell's Kitchen restaurant at Caesars Palace casino in Las Vegas, NV. The job carries a $250,000 salary.

"Having the youngest of All Stars step up and win this competition is a testament to Michelle's talent," Gordon Ramsay explained of the 24-year-old from Dallas, TX.

"At a very young age, she has already proven she is driven, creative and commanding. She will be a great asset to Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas."

Michelle performed better than Season 7 contestant Benjamin Knack in the final dinner challenge.

"It's not fun losing. But in the end, winning is not the most important thing," Ben said after learning he had finished in second place.

"It's fighting as hard as you can, staying clear-minded, and being positive. You learn from your mistakes, because if you regret them, you'll never be able to fight. You'll never believe in yourself and you'll never believe in the people around you. So, I have no regrets."

Below is the menu that led to Michelle's victory, according to Fox:

- Hamachi Crudo
