Almost two months after announcing her split from ex-fiance Josh Murray, Dorfman has decided to move to New York City.

"Bags are checked, ready to go! One way ticket to my new home.. But I'll always be a Georgia Peach!  #bittersweet #newchapter," Dorfman tweeted Wednesday.

The tenth-season The Bachelorette star later captioned a photo of an area in New York.

"That one time I packed my bags, got a one way ticket and moved to NYC! Scary and exhilarating at the same time! #NYC," she wrote on Twitter. "May be a little premature but I think I'm already in love with #NYC."

On Thursday, March 5, Dorfman posted a photo of herself all bundled up in the snow on social media. She jokingly questioned whether it was real snow clearly because she's not used to the cold winter weather.

Dorfman, 27, previously resided in Atlanta, GA, where she had claimed to love her job as an assistant district attorney.

Dorfman reportedly seeking a change of pace. She also has expressed an interest in fashion designing as of recently, so maybe New York attracted her for its opportunities.

"Andi was sick of being in Atlanta and wanted a change," a source told Life & Style.  "She's always wanted to live there."

Last month, Dorfman participated in an interview with Chris Harrison in which she admitted she was having a really difficult time coping from her breakup with Murray, 30.

Dorfman and Murray got engaged in May 2014 although the proposal didn't air on The Bachelorette until July of that year. The couple announced their split on January 8, 2015 although putting up a united front at The Bachelor's Season 19 live-premiere event only a few days earlier.
