E! has confirmed recent reports that it has ordered a new reality series starring The Girls Next Door star Kendra Wilkinson.

The new series, which is tentatively titled Kendra, will follow the 23-year-old Wilkinson as she learns how to live without the 24-7 room service she enjoyed at the Playboy mansion as one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends while also learning to live with her fiance Hank Baskett, a wide receiver in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles, and beginning to organize their recently announced June wedding.

Aside from her personal life, Kendra will also focus on Wilkinson's desire to boost her career through her modeling jobs, club appearances and celebrity hosting gigs.

"Throughout the five highly successful seasons of The Girls Next Door, Kendra has developed a loyal fan-base with her outrageous personality and trademark laugh," said Lisa Berger, E!'s executive vice president  of original programming and series development. "Now she's faced with the reality of making it outside the gates of the Mansion and as Kendra’s fans are aware, you never know what she’s going to do next. We are thrilled to be going into these uncharted waters with her."

News that E! was considering one or more The Girls Next Door spinoffs first surfaced in September when Hefner revealed that E! had been discussing giving all three of his now-former girlfriends individual spinoffs that would be interconnected with The Girls Next Door.

Kendra is being produced by Prometheus Entertainment, with Kevin Burns serving as executive producer.
