Dancing with the Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev is dating actress Torrey DeVitto.

Chigvintsev, 33, and the Chicago Med star, 31, were "very touchy" at the Philosophy Hope & Grace Luncheon in Los Angeles late last week. DeVitto hosted the event meant to spread awareness for mental illness and philosophy.
"He seemed to have his arm in her lap nearly the whole time," a source recently told the magazine. "They seemed very happy."
During the luncheon, DeVitto reportedly shared her own struggle with anxiety.
Rumors circulated last month Chigvintsev was romantically involved with his Season 22 Dancing with the Stars partner Mischa Barton, a former star on The O.C. The pair sparked dating speculation when they were seen leaving a French bistro together in Los Angeles.
A source told Entertainment Tonight at the time they were "transitioning into more than friends" and enjoying their "first proper date." However, Chigvintsev's representative later slammed the reports saying they were "false" and Dancing with the Stars tends to bond pairs and create lasting friendships.
Chigvintsev's last public relationship was with DWTS judge Carrie Ann Inaba. They dated for more than two years.
DeVitto was linked to Undateable's Rick Glassman in 2015 following her divorce from The Vampire Diaries star Paul Wesley after two years of marriage in 2013.
