Celebrity Big Brother is coming back to CBS and its Season 3 premiere date has been officially announced.

CBS has announced Celebrity Big Brother's third season will premiere with a one-hour episode on Wednesday, February 2 at 8PM ET/PT.

The series will once again be hosted by Julie Chen Moonves.

A group of celebrities will compete in challenges and live together in the Big Brother house outfitted with 94 HD cameras and 113 microphones. The houseguests' every move will be recorded 24 hours a day.

Following the debut broadcast, Celebrity Big Brother will air on multiple nights each week throughout February, with the finale episode bringing the season to a close on Wednesday, February 23.

On Thursday, February 3, Celebrity Big Brother will air from 9-10PM ET/PT on CBS.

Friday broadcasts -- February 4, 11, and 18 -- will air from 8-10PM ET/PT, and Sunday-night episodes on February 6, 13 and 20 will air from 8-9PM ET/PT.

On Monday, February 7 and 14, Celebrity Big Brother will air from 9-10PM ET/PT.

Celebrity Big Brother will also air on Wednesday, February 9 and 16 from 8-9PM ET/PT.

After CBS airs a Celebrity Big Brother episode on Saturday, February 19 from 8-9PM, there will be another broadcast on Monday, February 21 from 9-11PM ET/PT, before the February 23 finale.

CBS made the announcement when unveiling its Winter/Spring 2022 schedule for new and returning scripted, alternative and specials programming.

Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan serve as the executive producers for Fly on the Wall Entertainment, in association with Endemol Shine North America, which produces Big Brother.

Julie tweeted about the new Celebrity Big Brother edition back on September 9 when she wrote, "All the Rumors are True."

When CBS announced Celebrity Big Brother's renewal earlier that month, the network called the new season Big Brother: Celebrity Edition.

The upcoming winter edition will also be available to stream live and on demand on the Paramount+ streaming service, where fans will also be able to watch the 24/7 live feeds and find exclusive content throughout the Big Brother season.

CBS will announce additional details about the celebrity season, including its list of houseguests, at a later date.

Big Brother: Celebrity Edition aired its first two seasons in Winter 2018 and Winter 2019.

Actress Marissa Jaret Winokur was crowned champion of the first season of Celebrity Big Brother in America, as she defeated entertainment reporter Ross Mathews for the $250,000 grand prize through a 6-3 vote during the February 2018 finale.

Ross received $50,000 for finishing in second place and was also named "America's Favorite Houseguest" over actress Shannon Elizabeth and Big Time Rush singer James Maslow.

And for Season 2, singer and Braxton Family Values star Tamar Braxton walked away with the $250,000 grand prize as a result of a shocking unanimous 9-0 in the February 2019 finale.

Tamar defeated the show's runner-up, former superstar NFL running back Ricky Williams, who received the 50,000 runner-up prize.

Comedian Tom Green was named "America's Favorite Houseguest" for the second season and so he earned a bonus prize of $25,000.

CBS also revealed The Amazing Race will premiere its 33rd season in early January 2022, followed by Survivor's 42nd season debuting in early March.
