The Bachelor's 28th season is heading into its third episode on Monday, February 5 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.

The latest episode of The Bachelor featured Joey hitting it off with Daisy Kent, a 25-year-old account executive from Becker, MN, who shared her story about losing her hearing and getting a cochlear implant.

"Daisy is resilient... and to have that be the person that you're with, it's a huge trait that you can look to," Joey said in a confessional. "After this first date tonight, I can see Daisy being someone I end up with at the end of all this, and it's exciting!"

Joey also formed a connection with Jess Edwards, a 24-year-old from San Diego, CA, who may receive a villain edit this season.

Joey gave his Week 1 group-date roses to Jess and Edwina Dorbor, a 25-year-old from Atlanta, GA.

But Joey unfortunately had Lauren Hollinger, a 28-year-old from Philadelphia, PA, quit on him.

Lauren self-eliminated before the second Rose Ceremony of the season and smashed her birthday cake to the ground on her way out.

Joey then denied roses to Taylor Wiens, Erika Cardenas, and Marlena Haddad at the Rose Ceremony.

According to a preview of the next episode, Joey will watch a group of women participate in a tennis match dubbed "The Bachelor Open," and there will be a Mrs. Right competition hosted by a handful of beautiful ladies from The Golden Bachelor.

There will also be some drama between some of the women that will leave Joey questioning if his bachelorettes were showing him their true colors and every side of themselves.

While The Bachelor is only a couple of weeks into its season, Joey already teased that his ending is going to be "s shocker" and very "emotional."

"I have not been a huge, avid watcher of the show. This was all very new to me, but from what I'm told, the ending is something that hasn't happened before," Joey said during the January 25 episode of the "Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe" podcast.

"I know they say that every time, but this is actually, from what I'm told, that is the case."

But Joey said fans will have to wait until the final episode to find out "the reason why" his ending will have jaws on the floor.

Also during his chat with Kaitlyn, Joey confirmed that looking back on his journey to find love, he has no regrets.

"I never had that moment where I was like, 'Ahh, I regretted this,' or, 'I regretted that,'" Joey said, adding, "I don't look back on anything with any regret."

And earlier this month, Joey revealed how he's "happy" after filming The Bachelor.

So what happened on Joey's The Bachelor season that left him feeling so happy and content?

"Here are all your spoilers for Joey's season," Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone wrote in a late November blog posting.

"Every date, rose, elimination, and some storylines to look for... If I find out any more details as the season goes on, obviously I will add them to these spoilers."
