Bachelor in Paradise couple Abigail Heringer and Noah Erb have dished on how they feel about an engagement now that they've moved in together and are no longer dating long distance.

"We talk about it a lot to make sure we're on the same page, but yeah, it's just people want things to move quickly," Abigail told Us Weekly of getting engaged on the latest episode of its "Here for the Right Reasons" podcast.

"And I don't blame them," Noah playfully chimed in. "We'd make a great married couple."

"But yeah, we have conversations ourselves. I think we're on the same page," Noah continued.

"We're pretty happy... [with] our pace. I'm like, 'When I see something, I'm set on it and I'm all in.' And then I work towards it, but I don't care what else is going on around me."

Noah said it's shocking how many DMs and/or comments he receives on a daily basis "from middle-aged women or married couples about proposing -- at least 20."

But Noah confirmed he and Abigail are "having fun" and "a blast" together just dating.

When the time does come to put a ring on it, however, Abigail noted how she probably won't be following in Becca Kufrin's footsteps and popping the question to Noah.

"I don't have the confidence to do that," Abigail said. "I think just with Becca's reasoning, it makes a lot of sense."

Becca proposed marriage to boyfriend Thomas Jacobs seemingly because she had two public engagements, both of which had fallen apart.

"I think for me, I've never been engaged or proposed to. I think that's something I would probably want to go the traditional route -- unless [Noah] wants to flip the switch and we could talk about that," Abigail explained.

Noah hinted he'd probably want to go the more traditional route as well.

Abigail and Noah were smitten with each other on Bachelor in Paradise's seventh season last summer, but they broke up before Fantasy Suites because Abigail had struggled to be vulnerable and so Noah lost his confidence that he and Abigail were meant to be together.

But after filming ended, Noah and Abigail reconciled, and Bachelor in Paradise's October 2021 finale later revealed the couple planned to take things "slowly" going forward.

The couple then gushed about their love for each other on social media in October 2021, and Abigail proceeded to announce on Instagram in late March 2022 that she'd be relocating from New York City to the West Coast in order to be close to Noah and her family.

Abigail, an Oregon native, and Noah, originally from Oklahoma, are now living together.

"It's definitely been an adjustment," Noah told Us.

"I'm a pretty independent person and pretty private. I like to go do my own thing all the time, so it's definitely been an adjustment. I'm not used to hair being all over the place and in the shower and in my mouth and stuff like that, but it's been good. It's been fun."

Abigail and Noah are apparently spending a lot of time together now that Noah's nursing contracts are up.

"So we've actually been on an opposite schedule... So I feel like now is where we're going to be around each other 24/7," Abigail noted.

Noah explained how he had worked night shifts one after the next and so he'd be on the road, unable to see his girlfriend very much until recently.

"I think I'm going to take a break from [nursing]. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it because I've been doing it for the last seven years, so my favorite word is 'indefinitely,'" Noah shared of his career plans.

"I'm obviously still a nurse and I can pick up a contract at any time, but it's been a lot. It's been quite an adjustment, especially post-show, so I think I'm going to take a break unless something crazy happens or I just miss it that much."

Noah said he and Abigail have "a few things" he wants to try to work on and he'll "just see where it goes."

Abigail explained the biggest thing she's learned about Noah since moving in together is that they "travel very differently."

Noah, for instance, doesn't like to get to the airport two hours early, and Noah agreed their "pace" differs in that Abigail is very punctual and he doesn't worry about being on time until the last minute.

"That, and I feel like how we recharge [is different]. I like to be in nature or honestly be by myself... whereas she's more wanting quality time," Noah said.

Noah admitted he needs to separate himself from Abigail and everyone else when enjoying his downtime.

But as far as date nights go, the pair both love a good meal at home with wine and TV, with Abigail adding, "We don't like to go out that much."

Looking back on their Bachelor in Paradise breakup last year, Noah said his brief split from Abigail made their relationship "more real."

"You step away -- no cameras, no production, just you and somebody you like that were in a crazy experience in the real world," Noah explained.

"I think it's good. It makes it more real. You get to say, 'Okay, where am I at in real life with my own thoughts and my own time?' And all that."

Noah joked about how the show feels distant in their past and he barely remembers filming Season 7, and Abigail agreed it "feels like a lifetime ago."

Noah dubbed his The Bachelorette stint on Season 16 in 2020 and journey on Bachelor in Paradise's seventh season in 2021 "a distant, fond memory."

"And now I'm like, 'Where are we at now? What are we doing now?' Our focus is on our relationship, you know, the date nights... We're trying to go try new restaurants all the time. We travel a lot. It was a good experience, but now it's [the] real world," Noah said.

Abigail, who found fame on Matt James' The Bachelor season in early 2021, elaborated on how she and Noah have traveled to Costa Rica and Mexico and she'd like to do a trip to Europe soon, with Noah adding how he'd love to stop in Italy.
