Are The Bachelor couple Colton Underwood and Cassie Randolph going to be competing on Dancing with the Stars this fall? Colton seems to want people to think so.

"I have no comment on that," Colton told Us Weekly when asked if they had been contacted by Dancing with the Stars producers. "But I think [Cassie] would be an incredible dancer."

Us Weekly spoke to Colton while he was attending the Critics' Choice Real TV Awards in Beverly Hills on June 2.

Colton also reportedly played coy when asked if Cassie could potentially compete on Dancing with the Stars alongside him.

"You never know," he grinned.

Colton wouldn't be the first former The Bachelor star to compete on Dancing with the Stars, however the Season 23 star would be the first since Season 21 star Nick Viall competed on Dancing with the Stars' 24th season in Spring 2017.

At the time, Nick was following in the footsteps of former The Bachelor stars Sean Lowe, Jake Pavelka and Chris Soules, as well as former The Bachelorette star Trista Sutter.

In addition, Melissa Rycroft -- who received The Bachelor star's Jason Mesnick final rose, but was then dumped on the season's live After the Final Rose special -- also competed on two Dancing with the Stars editions.

However, Arie Luyendyk Jr., The Bachelor's Season 22 star, did not compete on Dancing with the Stars' Fall 2018 season (Dancing with the Stars' Spring 2018 season was a special abbreviated all-athletes edition).

In fact, Arie had even insisted he had no interest in doing Dancing with the Stars before his The Bachelor edition debuted.

"I came to get engaged. I want to be married. I want to have kids," Arie told People before his The Bachelor season premiered in January 2018.

"I want to go back to the life I had six months ago but share that life with someone. I'm not going to go on Dancing with the Stars."

Instead, Bachelor in Paradise star Joe Amabile -- who was eliminated by Becca Kufrin on the first night of Season 14 of The Bachelorette -- competed on last fall's 27th season of Dancing with the Stars.

Despite some weak dancing skills, Joe managed to make it to the season's semifinals, where he was eliminated with actor Juan Pablo Di Pace in a special double elimination.

Joe was paired with professional partner Jenna Johnson during his time on Dancing with the Stars.

Should they both actually compete on Dancing with the Stars, Colton and Cassie wouldn't be the first couple to do so.

In 2015, Alexa PenaVega and her husband Carlos PenaVega both competed on Season 21 of Dancing with the Stars.

Alexa and her partner Mark Ballas were the eighth dancing couple eliminated from the competition, while Carlos and his partner Witney Carson were the tenth couple eliminated.
