Kevin Colis, a singer from New Braunfels, TX; Gymkana, a gymnast group from College Park, MD; and Matt Wilhelm, a BMX racer from Chicago, IL, were revealed to have finished as the Top 3 vote-getters after Tuesday night's performance show which featured 12 acts from the competition's special YouTube online auditions performing for home viewer votes, automatically earning them a spot in America's Got Talent's sixth-season semifinals.

America's Got Talent host Nick Cannon also revealed that parkour artist Aeon, pre-teen gymnast and dancer Breena Bell, illusionist Brett Daniels, animal act Gabe Rocks, variety act Kalani Basketball Freestyle, choir Powerhouse, and clogger group TNC Elite had received the seven lowest home viewer vote totals and had not advanced to the semifinals.

The announcements then left America's Got Talent judges Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandel with the task of deciding which of the two acts that had received the fourth and fifth highest vote totals -- Beth Ann Robinson, a 14-year-old dancer from Dothan, AL, or West Springfield Dance Team, a high school dance team from Springfield, VA -- should become the fourth act to advance to the semifinals.

Piers began revealing he was voting for Beth Ann.

"Two very good dance acts [but] very different... a very hard choice to make, probably the hardest yet, because you both deserve to be there, you're both very talented," Piers said.

"So I've had to weigh up in my mind, which act I'd genuinely be excited to see more in the next round and I have decided I would like to see Beth."

However, Sharon then cast her vote for West Springfield Dance Team, tying the judges' voting at 1-1.

"This is genuinely, really, really a tough decision to make tonight," Sharon said.

"Beth Ann, you're a perfectionist -- an absolute perfectionist -- and I just know you're going to go on to do great things with your life.  And [West Springfield Dance team], you motley crew over there, look at you.  I love what you do, your choreography is brilliant, I mean you're just amazing at what you do, and I just really feel stronger that I would like to see you again, and I really want to keep you in this contest."

Howie then sided with Piers and voted for Beth Ann -- advancing her to the season's semifinals.

"I hate this because I love you both, I really do... [West Springfield], you brought such energy and originality... I love that.... and Beth Ann, you are just beautiful.  I have two daughters and they both took ballet and the toughest thing is balance and grace and you showed that," Howie said.

"I want to do something -- this is the year of dance here on America's got Talent, and the dance [act] I'm choosing tonight is Beth Ann!"

However, Sharon then revealed that while she had been outvoted by her fellow judges, she had decided to bring West Springfield Dance Team back as her wild card selection for next week's special Wild Card round -- which will feature 12 quarterfinalist acts who previously failed to advance to the semifinals receiving a second chance to make the season's Top 24 acts.
