Adrienne Maloof and boyfriend Sean Stewart have called it quits.

"They've decided to distance themselves and become friends. Nothing bad happened," a source close to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star told Us Weekly. "They're still going to hang out as friends, they enjoy each other's company."

However, Maloof -- who has a nine-year-old son named Gavin and six-year-old twin boys Colin and Christian with ex-husband Dr. Paul Nassif -- isn't ready to move on just yet.

"She's not looking to date anybody right now. She's going to focus on her kids and brands," added the source.

Maloof confirmed she was casually dating Stewart, who had participated in the second season of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, in late January. The 51-year-old reality TV star met Stewart, 32, through a mutual friend and sparks flew when the pair began discussing a business idea.

Maloof and Nassif finalized their divorce in early November. They had each filed for divorce in August after 10 years of marriage although Nassif, a plastic surgeon, had initially filed for legal separation from her in July.

As for Maloof's career, she confirmed earlier this month she won't be returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills next season.

"The show served as a wonderful platform for all the amazing projects that I have in the works. I am forever grateful to my fans, thank you for your support, and stay tuned! xoxoA," she wrote in a blog post on her website at the time.

Maloof's statements did not clarify conflicting reports about whether she was fired from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills or chose to leave.
