One fan asked Loren how her pregnancy has been going, and she replied, "It has NOT been easy. Morning, day and night sickness. Nonstop nausea and constant migraines. Acne and changes I can't control."

Loren and Alexei announced they're expecting a baby on October 29.

"I'm allergic to ginger, so can't eat that," Loren continued. "BUT I'm taking it one day at a time! Easy yoga, eating whatever I can that comforts me. And remembering that it's for BabyBrov! That keeps me going."

Loren also revealed she doesn't really care whether her first baby is a boy or a girl.

"Honestly, just a healthy baby and we'll be good. Alex is on team boy though," Loren shared. "So naturally I'm thinking it's a girl."

Another person asked Loren to reveal one trait she hopes Alex passes down to her first born.

"BabyBrov wish list (which we have discussed and laugh about often): My face, Alexey's body, my personality, Alexey's brain," Loren responded.

"But we'll love BabyBrov no matter what, obviously."

Loren and Alexei, who got married in September 2015, appeared on Season 3 of 90 Day Fiance followed by the first two seasons of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?.

They also appear together on 90 Day Fiance: Pillow Talk, which features former 90 Day Fiance cast members offering commentary on the reality franchise's current episodes.

Loren also shared some fun facts with her followers on Instagram during the Q&A.

In terms of food she misses eating while pregnant, Loren replied, "A Publix turkey sub OMG!"

Loren is also apparently missing sushi, her White Claws, and wine-to-go.

In a subsequent post to her Instagram Stories, Loren wrote, "I just wanted to say thank you to all of you! I have read every message and comment and here I am at work crying! Thanks hormones! For everyone telling me I'm a warrior and I'm strong and telling me I got this, your words help so much! With all of my heart, THANK YOU!"

And finally, Loren confirmed her future son or daughter will have dual citizenship in the United States and Israel, where Alexei is from.

When Loren and Alexei announced their pregnancy late last month, Loren called it "a surreal moment" in their lives, according to Us Weekly.

"For me, I see a lot of people I know (personally) announcing their own exciting news, and now it's my turn," Loren said, adding that she's "excited, terrified, over the moon, nervous and so much more" about becoming a mom.

"Alex is hands down the best partner I could have ever asked for during this time."

Meanwhile, Alexei, 31, admitted to the magazine, "I'm very excited and happy, but nervous and scared at the same time."

Loren and Alexei announced back in the spring they had agreed to begin trying to conceive a baby in late 2019 in the hopes of welcoming Baby No. 1 in 2020.

90 Day Fiance: What Now?'s third season included two episodes that provided viewers with an update on Loren and Alexei's life in Hollywood Beach, FL.

The 90 Day Fiance: What Now? episodes -- which were released online by TLC on April 15, along with the rest of the original digital series' 21-episode third season -- showed the couple disagreeing on when would be the right time to start their family and where it would fall in their list of priorities.

However, in the end, Alexei finally caved in and told Loren -- who had baby fever -- they could shoot to have their first child in mid-2020.

"I definitely think we're at that point in our marriage where having a baby would be a good thing. It wouldn't put a strain on our relationship," Loren told the cameras.

"It wouldn't be to help our relationship; I think it would give us a balance."

Loren and Alexei -- who met on a birthright trip to Israel, where Loren served as a staff leader and Alexei was the medic -- were married for just over three years and had become new homeowners at the time the 90 Day Fiance: What Now? scenes were filmed.

Loren admitted to her husband the spark in their relationship had dissipated and trying for a baby might bring it back.

"She wants more than us, and I think that's just the next step and we're going to work towards it," Alexei revealed.

Alexei told his wife getting pregnant "might be good" for them, "like, soon... not too long from now."

"I think we're ready," Loren told her husband, before asking Alexei to clarify his ideal timeline for welcoming a child.

"Ideal date is August [in 2020]," he confirmed.

"Which means we'll have to start trying..." Loren began.

"In November 2019," Alexei determined.

Loren wanted to move that date up to October 2019, but Alexei wasn't willing to budge because he had a feeling Loren would get pregnant right away, which turned out to be correct!

"Okay, so we have a plan! We'll aim... for August [2020], and if it doesn't happen in August, we'll just keep going. And whatever happens, happens," Alexei told his wife.

"You can't push me too much anymore. We have a plan and that's it."

The seventh season of 90 Day Fiance premiered on TLC on November 3.
