Larissa first announced she and Eric, who met on Tinder, had split after eight months of dating in a candid Instagram post on Wednesday.

"After eight months of being Erickee's girlfriend, I have to tell my followers that we have decided to break up and go our separate way," Larissa wrote alongside an image that read "Break Up Note" in big, bold, red letters.

"There is no hard feelings or regrettees, but I need to look in my own soul and focus on being the best Larissa I can be. I try to heal one painful breakup by jumping in relationship with Erickee but I know now I need to work on me and focus on my healing of my scars."

Larissa got involved with Eric only a month after her now ex-husband Colt Johnson filed for divorce from her on January 11, the same day Larissa was charged with first-degree domestic battery after she got into a heated altercation with Colt in their Las Vegas home. (The arrest was her third in a one-year span).

Larissa initially revealed she had a new boyfriend in February during a Q&A session with her Instagram followers, but she chose not to share his identity at the time other than saying he was a "mature," dreamy and "handsome" 26 year old.

They made their public debut at Larissa's "divorce party" in Vegas in March.

"I not sure what will come of the future but I am excited for it," Larissa continued in her post, announcing her breakup.

"I look forward to this time in my life as a reflection on my own personal dreamees and goals I set to do. Thank you for all your love, strength and support to me always... #90dayfiance #newchapter. Thank you guys."

While Larissa said there are no hard feelings, it appears she was only speaking for herself.

Eric expressed shock over Larissa's announcement by changing his Instagram bio to the following: "Dumpedbyagirlon9/11? Thru a post? My mother saw 2 calltotell me about?"

When one of Larissa's followers commented on her post asking why Eric claimed she had dumped him through social-media activity, she replied, "Isn't truth and I won't talk about it anymore," according to People.

When another person asked Larissa why she had deleted photos of the former couple together, she reportedly responded, "Yes, but I [keep] wishing him happiness will you have portrait of your ex in your house?"

Larissa, however, did receive support and kind words from most of her fans. Fellow 90 Day Fiance alums Anfisa Arkhipchenko and David Toborowsky also wished her luck in the future.

Larissa is apparently focusing on herself after revealing last week she's seeking treatment for anxiety and depression she has struggled with for over a year.

In May, Larissa accepted a deal to reduce her misdemeanor domestic violence charge stemming from her latest arrest in January down to a disorderly conduct charge in exchange for community service and a fine, E! News reported at the time.

Larissa was reportedly ordered by a judge to serve 48 hours of community service and pay a $345 fine.

Larissa's attorney Adam M. Vander Heyden said in a media statement obtained by E! News, "After consulting with her immigration attorney, this negotiation will not impede her ability to obtain citizenship," amid rumors the case would result in her being deported back to Brazil.
