90 Day Fiance couple Paola Mayfield and Russ Mayfield are one of the couples starring on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, but what is the current status of their relationship now?

Prior to filming the new season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, Paola and Russ appeared on Season 1 of 90 Day Fiance as well as all three prior seasons of its Happily Ever After? spinoff.
Russ was a 27-year-old from Owasso, OK, and Paola was a 26-year-old living in Bucaramanga, Colombia when she came to America on a K-1 visa. The pair had met while Russ was in Columbia on work assignment for a petroleum company.
The pair got married in October 2013 and settled in Oklahoma together.
However, the couple eventually relocated to Miami, FL, so that Paola could pursue modeling and become a personal trainer. She also felt her personality and style fit in better with the culture in Miami, which has a large Latino community.
The couple has gone through many highs and lows since tying the knot, including a devastating miscarriage that aired on Season 3 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?.
During the Tell-All special that aired in July 2018, Russ and Paola were still fighting and past issues were unresolved, but the intimacy in their relationship was still great and hadn't changed.
Paola broke down into tears over her miscarriage and beloved grandmother's death during Part 2 of the reunion special.
"I just feel when I needed him the most, he wasn't there... and I was dealing with all of this myself," Paola said of her husband.

"Paola is so independent, she doesn't want to show any emotion. So I thought I was doing the right thing by recognizing her independence. And I was wrong," Russ explained.

"I want to have a baby, and I want it with Pao, but I'm not ready right now. In the end, maybe there is a God and there's someone looking out for us and saying, 'Hey, give it a moment. Wait,'" Russ confessed.
"I don't want to hear that. Don't even make a stupid comment like that... You're pissing me off even more. Just stop it!" Paola said, before telling the group, "I'm hurt."
Russ was afraid their relationship wouldn't last after the miscarriage and turn of events.
"Nothing is fine. And you think that everything is fine. It is ruining our relationship and I just want to go," Paola cried.
Paola threatened her husband that she might return to Colombia because she couldn't stand to be around him anymore.
During the premiere of Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?; however, fans learned that Paolo got pregnant again and the couple were expecting a baby boy when the season taped.

So are Paola and Russ still together and married? What's the latest on their relationship?!
The answer is "yes," and they appear to be very happy with each other! Russ calls Paola "my first, my last, my everything."Paola and Russ welcomed their first child into the world in January 2019.
Paola gave birth to a baby boy on New Year's Day 2019, just after midnight! She and Russ named their son Axel.
"Our little miracle is so beautiful and calm. I feel so blessed and I can't believe I am a mom now! I'm ready to start this new adventure and to be the best mom for baby Axel," Paola wrote on Instagram at the time.
"I'm so proud of my husband, he was there for me the entire time, I couldn't have done it without you."
And Russ shared on his own Instagram account at the time how ecstatic he was to become a father.

"This has been the HAPPIEST NEW YEAR we have ever experienced. Momma and baby are doing so well!" he wrote.
"I cannot express enough how proud I am of Pao, she was such trooper bringing him into the world. Pao's bouncing back stronger than ever and Axel is rocking his eat, sleep, poop, repeat like a champ."
As recently as April 12, Russ shared a photo of the couple in which they were gazing lovingly into each other's eyes.
"Looking at you looking at me," Russ captioned the sweet image.
Nearly two weeks earlier, on March 30, Russ posted a photo of the pair at a farmer's market and gushed about living the "dadlife."

Around the same time, Paola posted a photo on Instagram in which she and Russ were pushing a baby stroller and Russ had his arms around his wife's waist.
Russ also bragged about how his wife is "pretty" and "amazing" in a March 8 Instagram post.
"So I'll just say it! She's pretty amazing," Russ wrote at the time.
