90 Day Fiance featured Shekinah slamming Sarper and questioning their future together, Amani going behind Any's back with a secret plan, Juan wanting to go back to his cruise ship job, and Greg receiving big news during the Season 11 episode that aired Sunday night on TLC.

The new 90 Day Fiance season stars three returning couples: Shekinah from Los Angeles, CA, and Sarper from Istanbul, Turkey; Shawn from Los Angeles, CA, and Alliya from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil; and Jessica from Torrington, WY, and Juan from Cali, Colombia.

The three new couples on the show are Stevi from Hattiesburg, MS, and Mahdi from Tehran, Iran; Mark from West Ossipee, NH, and Mina from Paris, France; and Gregory from Islip Terrace, NY, and Joan from Kampala, Uganda.

90 Day Fiance's eleventh season will also chronicle the lives of its first-ever throuple: Matt and Amani from San Diego, CA, as well as Any from Tijuana, Mexico.

90 Day Fiance documents the journeys of intercultural couples -- Americans and their foreign partners -- navigating the complexities of love, cultural differences, and societal pressures.

With just 90 days to wed before their K-1 visas expire, the couples must overcome significant hurdles or potentially break up.

Shekinah and Sarper previously starred on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way's sixth season.

Shawn and Alliya, who have a 30-year age gap between them, previously appeared on 90 Day Fiance: Love in Paradise.

And Juan and Jessica were also featured on 90 Day Fiance: Love in Paradise.

Below is what happened on Episode 12 of 90 Day Fiance's eleventh season.

AMANI, ANY and MATT

Amani and Matt were shown meeting up with Any at a bar. Amani worried that Matt felt like he didn't belong in the relationship because Any had said she loved Amani more in the throuple.

Since Matt didn't trust Any, Amani said work had to be done. Amani therefore planned a solo date for Any and Matt so that they could bond and grow their connection.

Matt attempted to put the situation behind him and have fun. He said he cared about Any and wanted to make sure that she felt the same way about him.

Matt and Any therefore enjoyed margaritas and lunch together, and Matt brought up how Any had said she loved Amani but not him.

"To tell you the truth, I got a little jealous," Matt admitted.

"I understand she's your wife, but you need to show me. You need to give more [of a] reaction with me," Any explained.

"That's what I'm here for," Matt said. "I want you to know that I'm here for you. She's my wife, but you may be one day too, and I've opened up my life for you... I need to be with you."

Any assured Matt that she cared for him as well. She had been waiting for Matt to express himself to her and show her love because she didn't want to feel like the couple's "doll" in the relationship. Any wanted to know that they wanted and loved her equally.

The day made Matt feel really good and more optimistic about the future.

Once Matt returned home, he told Amani that he had a great time with Any. But Amani shared how she still needed answers from Any.

Amani had contacted Any's ex-boyfriend Rey to make sure nothing was still going on between them. Amani and Matt had been sending Any money through a bank account that went through Rey, and so Amani thought something was missing from the story.

Amani and Matt were going to meet with Rey as a result -- behind Any's back.

"I need to close that chapter before we meet her family... and I don't want [Any] to influence his answers or prep him," Amani explained, adding how she was in love but not dumb.

When Amani and Matt met up with Rey, his appearance was not what they were expecting at all.

SARPER and SHEKINAH

Sarper asked Shekinah to talk to him because their relationship deserved better.

Sarper said he believed their romance was "one in a million" but he felt "weak" in the United States because he couldn't work. Sarper didn't like being a dog sitter, but Shekinah said it wasn't her fault and he was punishing her for something she couldn't control.

"You've been acting like a freaking assh-le. I don't like the Sarper that you've been showing me lately -- distant, cold, rude, dismissive," Shekinah explained.

Sarper claimed that he was depressed, but Shekinah argued that he'd been "loving L.A."

Sarper had allegedly said that the dogs were hard to live with and she was bringing negativity into his life. Sarper felt like Shekinah no longer loved him, and he said he missed the woman who was obsessed with him in Turkey.

"The version of me that you get depends on how you treat me... You made a series of choices that put us in a bad situation now where I don't even know if I want to get married," Shekinah admitted.

Shekinah felt Sarper had been taking his frustrations out on her and was being "super reckless" with their relationship.

Sarper told Shekinah that if she broke up with him, she'd miss him and cry for years. But Shekinah insisted she was not some sad, desperate and helpless woman.

"She's not hearing me. She doesn't do anything I want. Everything is f-cked up and everything is so messy. I don't know how to solve it," Sarper explained in a confessional.

Sarper told Shekinah that he was walking on eggshells with her, and then she said if it was too hard for him, she was giving him an out.

"No one is forcing you to stay," Shekinah noted.

Shekinah began thinking that she could find a guy with whom she'd be more compatible.

Shekinah suddenly felt foolish about changing her mind about marriage, and she explained how she just wanted to be treated well and would be able to find another masculine man if she wanted one.

GREG and JOAN

While bathing Greg's dog, Greg received a phone call inside the house.

Greg revealed to Joan that he "got the job," and Joan celebrated the big victory. Greg felt as though a big weight had been lifted off his shoulders, and Joan gushed about how God had answered their prayers.

Joan looked forward to saving money and eventually buying a house together so they could have their own space.

Since Greg got a job, Joan wasn't going to leave him, and so that was reason to celebrate.

Greg, who lived in Long Island, therefore brought Joan to New York for a night, and the couple enjoyed pizza and took in the sights and all the flashing lights.

Joan was blown away by the bustling city and the lights in Times Square, and Greg called it an "amazing" experience.

Greg anticipated he was going to "score" that night, as Joan was beaming and glad to have time alone with her man.

Greg proceeded to plan a romantic night for Joan with champagne, rose petals and more.

Joan realized she had been really hard on Greg, and so she felt a little guilty that evening in their hotel room. Joan said she felt very grateful for her relationship and to have such a wonderful man in her life.

JESSICA and JUAN

Jessica and Juan were going to look at a wedding venue in Colorado. It was going to be really cold, but Jessica said the couple didn't have much of say in the matter.

Juan seemed to think the venue was nice, but he wanted to add more Colombian flare -- such as carnivals and dancers -- to the ceremony. He also didn't want to see his family and friends sitting in the cold outside.

Jessica was annoyed that Juan was being so vocal about what he wanted a few weeks before the wedding.

"I would've loved to incorporate some of those things had he communicated them a year ago or maybe two," Jessica vented in a confessional.

Juan said he just wanted to see more of his culture be a part of the wedding, but Jessica suggested it was too late.

Juan asked for more color, but Jessica explained how there were going to be flowers and decorations.

Juan said he was feeling the stress of being stuck at home and not working. He had also recently received a call from a cruise ship wanting him to go back to work, so he said he didn't know what he was going to do.

Juan explained how the job would be good money but he'd have to be away from Jessica and her kids for an extended period of time.

Juan thought going back to his old job would be a good thing until he received his work permit, but he knew Jessica was going to be "mad and sad" about it.

"But I also know that I'm miserable here not having a job and staying at home," Juan told the cameras.

MARK and MINA

Mina was alone with her daughter for the first time in the United States because Mark was away working.

Mina noticed Mark had pictures of his ex-wife all over the house, and Mina didn't like feeling as if the woman was watching her.

Mina got lost when pushing her daughter in a stroller, and so she decided to stop by a neighbor's house for cocktails. Mark's neighbors wanted Mina to feel a sense of community and be accepted into their group.

Mina admitted to the group that she didn't get along with Mark's family because they were all so concerned about a prenuptial agreement and her intentions.

Mark's neighbors explained how the prenup would also protect her and her child, as long as the terms called for it.

Mina shared how she wanted Mark to adopt her son Clayton legally because she had sacrificed so much for him. Mina felt like she didn't have any control in the relationship.

"I lost my friends. I lost my job. I lost everything and came here for a new family," Mina cried.

Mark's neighbors agreed that Mark needed to watch out for her and have her back.

Mina said she'd pack her bags and leave if Mark didn't agree to adopt her son back in Paris.

STEVI and MAHDI

After Mahdi found out Stevi had painted her friend Claire nude, he got very upset and questioned her sexuality again. Mahdi wondered if Stevi was lying to him about possibly being bisexual.

Stevi didn't believe she had done anything wrong, and so she admitted it would be difficult to apologize to him for it.

"I feel betrayed... I just want her to be honest with me if she is bisexual or not," Mahdi said, adding how he didn't want to feel trapped or set up in the relationship.

Stevi told the cameras that she loves women's bodies and paints them to celebrate them, but that doesn't mean she was attracted to women.

When the pair reunited, Mahdi was very quiet and there was a lot of tension between the pair.

Mahdi asked Stevi for the last time if she was bisexual, and Stevi said it was a "ridiculous" question.

"I could say no, but if I say no, you're going to make assumptions anyway... [But] no. Can you just leave me alone about it?" Stevi asked. "I think it's crazy. I don't want it brought up any time I'm doing something or painting someone."

Stevi promised Mahdi that if she "felt some sort of way" down the road, she would talk to him about it and be open about it.

Stevi assured Mahdi that he was "enough" for her and that she loved him and wanted to be with only him.

Mahdi claimed that Stevi used to beg and swear on things for him to believe her, but when the topic of being bisexual came up, she brushed it off and didn't fight to make him feel better.

SHAWN and ALLIYA

Alliya said she was feeling excited about her wedding to Shawn as they prepared for the big event.

But Alliya admitted her transitioning process was hard and confusing and that she had many insecurities.

Alliya confessed that her insecurities and self-doubt was affecting their intimacy, and Shawn agreed.

Alliya told the cameras that she didn't feel or look feminine enough and so it was hard for her to let loose in the bedroom and be completely herself.

Alliya told Shawn that she wanted to make some physical changes and move forward in her transitioning.

Alliya had therefore made an appointment with a doctor, but Shawn said he wished Alliya would talk to him more about those things. Shawn didn't like the idea of booking a procedure without him knowing about it.

Shawn explained how he was trying to "roll with" whatever was going on but he also needed to figure out what would make him feel comfortable and happy. Shawn hoped the marriage could survive all the changes that were in store for them.

Shawn and Alliya later met up with a surgeon to discuss breast implants. Shawn wondered if Alliya was going to consider gender reassignment surgery, which would be a huge change for their sex life.

"Ultimately I fell for a man, and I don't know how I'm going to feel once every nuances of that person I fell in love with is going to be erased," Shawn told the cameras.
