An Oklahoma man is suing the producers of ABC TV's "Wife Swap" for sending a gay man to live with his family as his half of the swap.
Bedford's lawsuit claims he assumed his family would receive a woman from another family, not a homosexual male.
An ABC spokesman said the show's contract says the swapped spouse "could be either male or female."
