VH1's 'Flavor of Love 2' finale sets cable TV ratings record

The finale of VH1's reality show, "Flavor of Love," was the top rated non-sports show on cable TV this year.

Sunday night's finale that saw the Public Enemy rapper wrap a second season of seeking "true love" drew 7.5 million viewers, VH1 announced Wednesday.
Flav, whose "true love" from season one turned out to be a fleeting fancy, chose Deelishis as his potential wife in the second go-round.
VH-1 is producing a reality spinoff starring one his first season castoffs called "Flavorette" and the rapper has his first solo album, "Flavor Flav! The Album" hitting stores on Halloween.
