The Trading Spaces designer and Moving Up host was arrested and charged with DUI after being pulled over by Decatur County police in his home state of Illinois early Tuesday morning, E! News reported Wednesday.

Wilson was pulled over around 1AM after failing to yield to a police vehicle with its flashing lights on, according to a spokeswoman for the Decatur County Jail.

Wilson was eventually arrested and charged him with aggravated DUI, driving on a suspended license, failing to yield the right-of-way to an emergency vehicle and unlawful transportation of alcohol by county police.  After being booked in the Decatur County Jail he was released on a $1,000 bond, according to E! News.

In addition to Trading Spaces and Moving Up, Wilson has also hosted TLC's America's Ugliest specials.
