Top Chef crowned Jeremy Ford its thirteenth-season winner during Thursday night's finale on Bravo.
Jeremy from Miami, FL, beat out 16 chefs from across the country to win the coveted title of "Top Chef."
After an epic showdown in Las Vegas, NV, 30-year-old Jeremy defeated runner-up Amar Santana from Orange County, CA, who was the "Last Chance Kitchen" winner. Jeremy received a feature in Food & Wine magazine, a showcase at the annual Food & Wine classic in Aspen, and $125,000.
"The final two chefs are extremely talented and cooked their hearts out. In the end, Jeremy pulled through with the stronger meal. He showed a ton of talent throughout the season and we couldn't be happier to name him this season's Top Chef," head judge Tom Colicchio said in a statement.
The Top 2 chefs were each required to make a spectacular meal with help from their culinary mentors Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Charlie Palmer, as well as previously-eliminated contestants. Jeremy and Amar tried their best to impress a room full of judges and important diners -- including Emeril Lagasse, Dominique Crenn, Jonathan Benno, and Hubert Keller.
