Real-estate developer Kirsten Kemp will return for Property Ladder's third season.  In each episode, she'll attempt to educate the real-estate investors on how to best attract potential buyers through moderately priced yet high-impact enhancements to the property, allowing it to be flipped for a premium price.

Kemp focuses on three ways she feels profit potential can be maximized -- landscaping, curb appeal, and adding additional square footage --  a mantra that has helped her successfully flip more than 60 pieces of property throughout her career.

Property Ladder is based on the British edition of the show with the same name, where it is produced by and aired on the U.K.'s Channel 4.  TLC's version of Property Ladder is produced by Fremantle Productions, with Julie Rose McCully serving as executive producer for TLC and Tracy Verna doing the same for Fremantle.
