Stephanie Pratt is facing the consequences for her arrest last month on suspicion of drunken driving.
If convicted, Pratt faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine, according to People.
The 23-year-old was arrested around 3:45AM on October 18 in Hollywood after attending a birthday party for former I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! participant Holly Montag at L.A. nightclub Empire. She was charged with a misdemeanor and transferred to the Van Nuys jail for booking before being released the next morning. Pratt previously told People the arrest ""was the worst thing to happen to me and, at the same time, it was the biggest blessing."
