The 28-year-old general contractor and model shared in the video, "You guys give me a lot of crap: 'TC, why don't you get a job?! Why don't you get a job?'"

"It's because I've been working on this, okay?! So I am going to be building houses. That is my passion; that is what my dad taught me," Tyler said.

"I'm going to follow his way, follow his path and learn from him. I'm going to start digging my roots here in Jupiter, building my own company, building my own houses."

Tyler went on to give a tour to three different properties or empty lots as well as a 3Natives restaurant location, which he said he's franchising and opening up on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, FL.

When describing his projects, Tyler teased, "One in Tequesta, two in Jupiter Farms, and a restaurant that I am working on building and opening with my boy, JP."

"I'm excited about this because you know what? I learned a lot this past year," Tyler said.

"I want to set my roots here, I want to build a company, I want to build something that my grandkids can live off of and learn from. So that's the goal here, that's what I'm doing. That's my passion, and I'm following that!"

Tyler teased "a multi-part series" on YouTube in which he'll be sharing a lot with fans.

"I'm excited to share it with you guys because this is my life and this is what I care about!" Tyler gushed.

Tyler revealed in December he had officially become a property owner in Florida.

"I just bought my first big boy piece of land!" Tyler said in an Instagram Story video at the time, according to People.

"Bought a couple pieces of land in Jupiter. Gonna put some houses on it, build 'em, sell 'em, get rid of 'em."

Tyler and his father were trying to choose between two styles for one house, modern farmhouse style or West Indies style.

Tyler, more recently known for his co-hosting role on Barkitecture, finished Hannah Brown's season of The Bachelorette in second place.

After her romance with The Bachelorette winner Jed Wyatt failed, Hannah asked Tyler out on a date, which resulted in the pair spending one night together in Los Angeles in July 2019.

Hannah and Tyler continued to spark rumors by hanging out and quarantining together amid the coronavirus pandemic but nothing romantic ever came of their relationship.

Hannah is now in a serious relationship with model Adam Woolard while Tyler attempts to keep his dating life private. He has been rumored to be dating model Camila Kendra.
