The Bachelor fans might be in for a wild ride with Ben Higgins this season.

The Bachelor creator and executive producer Mike Fleiss made a bold statement recently on Twitter.

"It's not too early to give thanks for the upcoming season of The Bachelor... My favorite season since Jason and Molly!" Fleiss tweeted after filming for Season 20 had already wrapped.

Why Higgins' season is Fleiss' new favorite remains unclear, however, it could mean viewers are going to be on a rollercoaster.

Jason Mesnick's The Bachelor edition in early 2009 had a dramatic ending in which he bawled over having to decide between his Final 2, proposed marriage to Melissa Rycroft and therefore dumped runner-up Molly Malaney, and then on After the Final Rose, had a change of heart and revealed he had made a mistake.

Mesnick then broke up with Rycroft on national television before begging Malaney to give him a second chance. Rycroft gave back her engagement ring back and Malaney accepted Mesnick's apology and request to get back together. In October 2009, Mesnick got engaged to Malaney and they later wed in a TV special in February 2010. The couple now has two children, plus a son from Mesnick's previous relationship.

While Fleiss' tweet may indicate an incredibly dramatic or emotional season ahead, Higgins didn't feel comfortable confirming that.

"I can't say this would be the most dramatic season," the 26-year-old software accounts manager from Warsaw, IN, said during a conference call with reporters earlier this month. "I really think that it was, for me, it was just very, very real and there was a lot of great things, but I don't know if this is the most dramatic. It's hard to say."
