The Bachelor couple Sean Lowe and wife Catherine Giudici have voiced their opinions on Juan Pablo Galavis' refusal to tell his girlfriend Nikki Ferrell he loves her.

Although Nikki told Juan Pablo in October she was in love with him, almost six months later after The Bachelor's eighteenth season has aired, Juan Pablo has yet to say those words back. All Juan Pablo would give away is that he feels "great" and "fantastic" about the woman who had received his final rose during Monday night's After the Final Rose special on ABC.

"So you love her?" host Chris Harrison asked Juan Pablo very bluntly.

"I'm not going to answer that question to you. I don't get it. I don't get it," Juan Pablo replied.

"People don't understand that this is real life. When you're with somebody, you don't say you love her or not if you're there or not... Whenever you feel you love someone, you [say it]... We are done with the show. We are so done and very happy that we had the opportunity to be part of it and that we met each other through it. I appreciate the opportunity... It's been tough. You guys have been boxing with me... It hasn't been easy."

Sean then attempted to open up Juan Pablo's eyes a little bit.

"When you take on the role of the Bachelor, you have to know there is no privacy. You're going to have 12 million people watching your every move, and that was something I was comfortable with but I know Juan Pablo isn't. As far as the whole love thing goes, I know everybody works differently," Sean, The Bachelor's seventeenth-season star, explained.

"The moment I knew I was falling in love with [Catherine] and wanted to spend the rest of my life with her, I could not wait to tell her that. Juan Pablo and I, we're two very different people I think, and like I said, everybody goes about it a different way. But when I'm in love, I want that person to know it. I want them to know how special they are to me and all the wonderful things about them and how they make me feel. But to each their own."

Juan Pablo then countered.

"I respect Sean. He went through the same process. All of the guys [onstage] have been through the process and they have different opinions and I respect them. Sean is different than me. Like I said, I say things to people's faces and it is what it is, you know?" Juan Pablo said.

"I signed up to find somebody, to fall in love with somebody, but at the end, if I didn't propose, it's because I wanted to respect Nikki's dad. And it is how I feel. When you're going through the process, you understand, 'Wow, it wasn't easy.' You meet people and you have to say goodbye to people and you hurt people, and at the end of the day, I'm glad that I signed up and I'm glad that I have what I wanted -- being with somebody right now and happy."

Juan Pablo said he's looking forward to keeping his relationship with Nikki private now that the show's over.

"I don't want to burst your bubble, but it's not private after the show. It'll be public," Sean revealed.

"We'll figure it out," Juan Pablo noted.

Catherine didn't seem to digest Juan Pablo's comments very easily either.

"This whole thing is so confusing to me, so it's really hard. I wouldn't know what to do if I were Nikki because I'm not in that state of mind. I mean, if I were physically there saying, 'Would I accept your rose?' No, because I don't know anything about you either," Catherine announced.

"I'm so confused, and I'm glad that they're happy -- 100 percent I'm glad that they're happy and that they're wanting to live their life privately. But I mean, this show is about love, it's about finding that person, absolutely, and I'm really happy that you guys found each other. But don't slap the hand that fed you, The Bachelor, everything."

Chris probed Juan Pablo to open up more about his feelings for Nikki, but the Bachelor just wasn't giving in.

"This is the time to shine. You can actually express your feelings," Chris pushed.

Juan Pablo then mocked Chris and repeated those two sentences in a snarky tone.

"That's what this show is about," Chris continued.

"First of all, somebody meeting someone and falling in love and being happy..." Juan Pablo began.

"So did you?" Chris interjected. "Did you fall in love?"

"I'm with somebody! Look. And I'm happy. I've been four months happy," Juan Pablo insisted.

"I don't know what I'm looking at," Chris said in frustration.

"You don't. We do," Juan Pablo noted.

"I would like to say you guys are in love but it's so awkward because, it's like, we can't have a conversation," Chris explained.

"I respect you. I respect you," Juan Pablo replied.

"I feel like it doesn't matter if we say we are or we aren't [in love]," Nikki explained. "I just feel like time will tell and this is real. This is a real relationship to us."

Nikki continued, "And honestly, meeting someone and falling in love in a few months -- and not only that but the fact they're dating other people the whole time, it's just not exactly realistic... We're taking this very seriously... As long as it feels right, I'll give it that length of time. But once it doesn't feel right, I think I'm going to be out."
