Trump had recently discussed her relationship with Kushner in a profile of the publisher for New York magazine.
"Jared and I are very similar in that we're very ambitious," she told New York magazine, according to People. "That's what makes it so amazing to be in a relationship with someone who is supportive of that."
In addition to serving as a judge on NBC's The Celebrity Apprentice reality series, Trump is also executive vice president of development and acquisitions at her father's Trump Organization.
