Teen Mom star Amber Portwood's two-year-old daughter Leah may not be an only child for long.

While a follow-up test at a local clinic was negative, Portwood recently tested positive on three different home pregnancy tests, RadarOnline reported Wednesday.

"When Amber tested positive, she decided to go to a local clinic to have a doctor tell her once and for all if she is expecting," a source told RadarOnline.

"It's confusing because Amber is telling people that the doctor said the test was negative, even though the home pregnancy tests came back positive, and there were a number of them too."

Portwood was seen at a medical clinic in her hometown of Anderson, IN, on Tuesday, but the 20-year-old reality TV star reportedly told her friends she "was just there to get birth control."

Although it is uncertain who the potential father would be, according to RadarOnline, tattoo artist Adam Dockery told his friends he thinks Portwood's baby is his if she is truly expecting.

In addition, Dockery reportedly has been having a tough time trusting Portwood's word that she is not pregnant, as she also denied previous rumors that she was with child again late last year.

"She's telling me it was negative, but I'm not so sure if I'm believing her though," Dockery said last week.
